Service was good, service tech was extremely knowledgeable, thought we were at a good point. But the problem ac not cooling was never fixed it started to cool then stopped shortly after they left. For $240 could at least make sure the problem is fixed to the point it would last before leaving. Edited 5-23-22 someone came back out was more extensive with the fix, seems to be working now. Coming back out on a warmer day to make sure is still working, knowledgeable helpful service.

The service tech sent out from Perfection, John, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was responsive to questions and gave good customer service. My only negative about the experience was the billing. I was quoted a 5 hour job for X number of dollars. Including the diagnostic and the actual repair the time spent on ground was about 3 hours. I fee like the billing could be a bit more accurate and not such a blanket billing of X number of hours. All in all I would still use Perfection in the future.

We called at 4:30 in the evening for repair on our water heater. The service tech, James, was at our door at 7:30 the next morning. James is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and personable. He made us feel that we were the most important people in his day. He not only fixed our problem but performed long needed maintenance that we were not aware was needed. AC went out at home. Perfection was at my house the same day that I called. Got three quotes, and by far they were the best price on a Carrier 2-ton unit. They had the unit in stock and installed the next morning. Kevin was courteous from the first call through the installation, and then when he came out the day after installation with a review. and warranty certificate. PERFECTION is how I would explain my experience with them.
