Could not recommend this company more. They did great work, were timely and they are affordable to work with. I have had a clogged mainline for about a week and other companies were not able to come out and provide service and I needed help immediately! This is the best plumbing service in town! Anytime I have needed to get someone out for plumbing repairs, Drainco has worked to get a plumber out as quickly as possible. The staff will walk you through the repair options and give you a price before they start a job, so there's no surprises. I would highly recommend over any other plumbing outfit in the area.

My kitchen drain was completely clogged and we had to have Drainco come out and fix it. Shaun was the tech who came and he was extremely professional, explained everything he did as he went and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I was very happy with the customer service that I received and would definitely recommend them.

I needed help with a clogged bathroom sink so I called and they were able to come within a timely manner and with my schedule. They got here about 5-10 minutes early, had the sink unclogged, and was leaving within 20-30. I will be recommending Drainco Plumbing to everyone I know.

Outstanding! My brother in laws water heater wasn't working for two days. That's not unusual but it was complicated by him being handicapped and really needed hot water. The guys worked in wet and cramped quarters but got it done and done correctly. Thanks so much for a job well done.

Drainco to the rescue! We had an issue with our plumbing in our bathroom. Drainco was fast, friendly and affordable. Stacey was polite and professional. Drainco was the only company that could get here in a reasonable time. Everywhere we called had a 4-5 day wait for service or we got an answering machine when they called. We will most definitely be referring all our friends and family to Drainco for service.

Woke up this morning to backed up drains, toilet not flushing, and sludge in the bathtub. Called several places, ended up using Drainco. Excellent service, seemed very caring and concerned. We have used Drainco a few times now. The first time we had an issue was on a Sunday afternoon. We called a large number of places (names that we were familiar with or had heard on tv, etc) - we either got an answering machine or were told they couldn't make it out for hours and wanted to charge a ridiculous price.

When I called Drainco, Stacey answered immediately and was here within the hour.

His rates were more than reasonable (especially for a Sunday) and we were back up and working before dinner time! We had to call Drainco again a week ago and this time had the pleasure of meeting Dwayne. He was equally as pleasant and great to work with. The customer service and professionalism from both Stacey and Dwayne was phenomenal. I would recommend Drainco to everyone - and we do! We will never use another plumbing service and are extremely pleased with this A+++++ company!

Wow. I called these guys this morning for help with what I thought was a clogged drain. They were here shortly after noon. They quickly identified the problem. It was not the drain, but the A/C unit.

I was talking to my neighbor who is a store manager at Wal-Mart & he was telling me about a plumbing company named DrainCo He said their plumbing services came to his store and solved a major plumbing issue that 7 different plumbing companies over the past year could not repair and DrainCo was there for three hours and had the plumbing issue resolved and haven't had any issues since.
