Leo's Sewer

Leo's is absolutely the only sewer/drain company I would recommend. I had Rooter Town out prior. BIG mistake. Rooter Town told me that drain snakes wont go past 100 feet and that the only repair was too dig up my yard for $6500. LIE. Called up Leo's explained my situation over the phone. They immediately sent Donovan out same day and he had my sewer totally cleared in less than an hour. Fantastic guy, great service, great price. Will only be using Leo's in the future!

Richard was awesome! He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing, he communicated well let me know step by step what was going on and he is the first person in 3 years that got this drain cleared. I really appreciate all the hard work from Leo's and their employees. You guys rock! I would definitely recommend you to others

Donavan Gussman serviced our home and was incredible. So knowledgeable, personable and one of the most pleasant professionals I've interacted with in a very long time. He was quick and efficient, yet still listened to all of my concerns and provided feedback that I could understand with having little understanding of plumbing. The cost was more than reasonable, and the hours of operation made it possible for them to come out to service our main line same day.

I have used several companies to resolve my sewer issues and decided to try Leo's sewer and drain today and Richard C. Came and resolved all my issues within an hour whereas others have taken all day. I'm very impressed with the quality of work and the professional services he provided. I will definitely use Leo's all the time and refer them to all my friends and family from here on out. Richard C. Is a very pleasant young man and hope he's on the job every time.

My Mother is selling her home which is over 60 years old. During the inspection it was determined that not only was there a leaking pipe but the cast iron sewer line needed repairs. Richard completed the job well under the estimated amount. He worked until 10:00 pm on a Saturday and finished the job the next day which was Sunday. He is very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the process.

Great overall experience. Eric bore-scoped my sewer line to check for any possible leaks. He didn't find any problems and showed me what he found after setting up his gear. He was on time, polite, professional and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate calling him back for work in the future if I need something done.

Jeremiah and Johnathan ran a video of my drain line and located and marked the line under the driveway. Any company can do this. But they were very professional and took extra time to answer questions and give me information regarding potential courses of action. We had a good experience with the employees from Leo's previously and this was another good experience.

Also the person (can't remember the name) on the phone was very helpful. Leo's will continue to be the first place we look to when we have a plumbing issue that I can't solve

This was our first time using Leo's and we were lucky enough to receive Richard as our technician. We were so pleased with his service that we always come back to Leo's because of him. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected throughout our entire experience. We have dealt with plenty of plumbers throughout the years and he is by far our favorite! Personable, professional, and just awesome! Thank you Rich!

Last year, Leo's Sewer & Drain was hired to do a plumbing inspection for a home we were purchasing. They did the inspection but did not report any problems. Due to a short military assignment, we had to sell our home less than a year later and the buyers hired a plumber to do their plumbing inspection. That plumber found a problem in the plumbing, which he could also see in the video of the scope that Leo's did. Leo's failed to report the existing problem to us.

We hired other plumbers to look at the plumbing and they all agreed that there was a problem and it should have been reported by Leo's. Understandably, the buyers want the problem fixed. Although Leo's failed to report the problem to us, they are unwilling to compensate us for the cost to fix the problem because they claim the problem is minor. The other plumbers disagree and state that the problem is significant. Regardless, Leo's failed to report any problem and is now unwilling to take responsibility for the mistake it made.

Made an appointment 7 days ago. They were supposed to come this morning to fix a leak underneath the kitchen sink and find out why the water pressure is so poor. Nobody came in the morning and I called at noon to find out what's going on. They said they were running late and would be here in the afternoon. Around 2 pm I got a phone call from them telling me they would not make it and need to reschedule.

She then proceeded to tell me there were no current openings until a week from now. I said, hey I've already waited a whole week, waisted most of my day waiting for you and I'm dealing with a major leak over here. She said there was nothing available for another week and this is the best they could do. HORRIBLE customer service. Plus they charge $139.00 just for coming out to have a look. Stay away from these guys, not worth the hassle and waste of time.

We have roots always growing in our sewer and Leo's has unclogged them several times each year for us. They are always professional, courteous, and skillful at what they do. "Richard" is awesome and very customer-oriented, including his assistant. They will always have my business! Service: Sewer repair

This company has come out to the place that I'm renting 4 maybe 5 times in the past 3yrs and they still can't fix the problem. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I called these guys on a saturday and they were on site fixing the problem in two hours. And, to boot, for the same two hours they told me it take to fix the problem with the tub, they also fixed a problem with the sink at no additional cost.

Tech was professional and polite and arrived so quickly after we called them that we joked he was faster than Jimmy Johns. He was just as quick to fix the floor drain, clean up and move on. Well worth the 94 dollars at 7pm on a Tuesday night.

Absolutely fantastic service! Extremely nice owner and employees. No trip charge was assessed and no extra charge was assessed to come on a Saturday. We also got a DVD of the line after the hydro jet cleaning.
