Installed water heater in my home. Very professional service. Installation tech was super polite and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. They were able to schedule very quickly when other companies were not. The new water heater is amazing! Definitely would recommend.

Not happy with the service they provided. I called them, the problem had rectified itself by the time they were able to arrive. Tech let me know that he wouldn't charge me as he hadn't had to do anything. Got for invoice anyway. I don't like working with tradespeople who don't do what they say they will.

I am having a shower reconfigured by Man Stone (GREAT company) and they contacted Jolly plumbing to re-do the piping and while they were here I had them replace an existing toilet. The young plumber called prior to arriving and he was right on time for his appointment. He got right to work on the toilet I had purchased and completed the job in less than 30 minutes.

He made sure there were no leaks and after cleaning his work area he began working on the shower portion of the job. It required reconfiguring several pipes and some wood sawing to make room for the new pipes. He ensured that all piping was sealed properly and tested the new lines. He then thoroughly cleaned his work area and removed all debris from his work area.

This young man was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He did outstanding work and I will not hesitate to call Jolly Plumbing the next time I have any plumbing needs. Also, I was very surprised at how inexpensive the work was. This is a good company that you can have faith in to take care of your every plumbing need. Thanks Jolly!

I called and the first available appointment was 2 weeks out. I took the appointment because I needed my issue fixed and they came highly recommended but after calling two or three other companies was able to get someone to come much sooner. I received no reminder call and quite frankly I forgot that I had scheduled the appointment 2 WEEKS EARLIER so I was not home when the person came. Then they sent me a bill for a trip fee?!?!? I think a courtesy reminder call would, especially after such a long wait to get a service, would have saved them a trip.

On hell of a place with plumbers that are capable of servicing you in a verity of different ways. Best place in town to get serviced.

One of the drivers flipped us off and drove in a very erratic manner. Then proceeded to flip off my 10 year old sister when her window was down. Occurred on July 29th at about 5pm on I-25 northbound in north springs. Very unprofessional. There are other reviews of them speeding in a school zone as well.

Our plumber, Wayne, was outstanding. Something that Bullseye quoted us to be $720 - was Less than $200. Wayne showed a vast understanding for the work performed. He even walked me through what work was needed and why. I am beyond happy with the quality or work, and customer service provided. I would recommend them 100%. I am just blown away by the care this company showed.

I needed an auto shutoff valve installed in a very complicated and challenging location. After a lot of frustration getting quotes from other plumbers where they either refused to do it or tried rip me off, Richard from Jolly showed up and got right to work, getting the job done perfectly and at a reasonable rate. Could not be happier with Jolly plumbing.

I greatly appreciate Jolly Plumbing! They didn't rip me off. I had a quote from another plumbing company to change the water heater's gas valve for $586. When I called Jolly, they transferred me to someone who told me about how long it would take and a rough estimate of $300-360.and it ended up to be $315. I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday morning and Jolly Plumbing was able to get someone over to my house within a couple hours of my call. The technician, Daniel, was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and had the issue fixed within an hour. I highly recommend Jolly Plumbing!

Had to have a pressure reduction valve replaced so I called Jolly. Daniel showed up the same day and not only replaced the valve but helped me install a thermal expansion tank as well. He was great and happy to explain all the aspects of the job to help me learn. I highly recommend Jolly plumbing!

My overall experience was good with the gentleman who did the work if this review was based solely on that it would be 5 stars, however, it's not. The missing two stars is because of the companies invoice policy on charging for the time it takes their employees to get to my house to start working and then billing for time he is not working waiting for supplies to be delivered to start work.

As a company you don't charge your customers when work is not being done and your guy is sitting around doing nothing you as a company eat that cost and find other ways to be profitable, but not at the expense of the customer.

My propane water heater started to leak and I knew I had to take quick action before it flooded me out. I went first to Home Depot, replacement not available for two weeks. Same story from Lowe's. When I called Jolly. Tracy resolved my problem with the exact water heater I needed and scheduled the installation for the next morning. Richard, the installer, arrived on time and completed the exchange in less than 1-1/2 hours. The service I received was courteous, friendly, and professional. I have no problem in recommending this service to anyone who needs it.

They responded to an online quote the day I requested one. I set up an appt and the plumber came out in the times given. Jolly Plumbing repaired our two exterior faucets. The price for labor and parts were fair. I would recommend Jolly Plumbing.

The plumber arrived at my home an hour late and didn't even apologize. They needed to fix a leaking valve next to a water meter which they ended up damaging the pipe. The plumber tried to bill me for the repair of the pipe he broke. I paid for the valve repair but will never use them again.

I hired Jolly Plumbing to take care of a small leak and verify that there were no other leaks. One of their competitors did work in the house before we bought it and failed to properly secure one connection. They sent over Adam who has over 20 years of plumbing experience. Adam's father was a plumber, so this guy grew up in the business and really knows his stuff. Their charge was reasonable and I felt like Adam really had our best interest in mind. If you need an honest plumbing service, I recommend giving these guy a try.

I was flying into town at night to a house with no water. They made sure to be there first thing in the morning -- even earlier than scheduled! Roland was friendly and helpful, and even waited while another plumber brought the filters he needed.

Great plumbing company! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and affordable. They came out to install our garbage disposal and kitchen sink plumbing, and I couldn't be happier with their service.

I have used Jolly Plumbing over the years and they have always treated me right. I recently had them come to my house for a leaky hose bib due to the recent weather we had. Instead of putting a new one in they found that it was a rubber seal that was broken internally, saving me some money.

My hot water heater stopped working this weekend and everyplace I called that supposedly worked after hours said they wouldn't come out. I called Jolly Plumbing and even though they were busy, the guy said he could come but warned it would just be a diagnosis and overtime pay.
