I found Green plumbing using google search. I gave Jeff a call when I saw they had over 70 reviews with a 5 Star rating. I spoke with Jeff on Saturday, he came out for an estimate on Monday, then his son came out to conduct the repairs and installation on Thursday. Both Jeff and Jason are very friendly, professional, and most importantly proficient.

We recently had Jeff help us with plumbing in our rental property since I live out of state. Rather than charging a service fee to come out and fix a faulty flapper, he virtually walked my tenant in diagnosing the issue and finding the right parts. He even followed up to make sure the new flapper fixed the issue. Not only was my tenant impressed, so was I! This was not the first time Jeff has gone out of his way to help us. I am so glad we found Jeff and Green Plumbing. We are lifelong customers!

We had a natural gas leak behind the stove. I tried to fix it but couldn't. Jeff, the owner was here on time and did a great job sealing the leak. We will use Green Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, fast, friendly, affordable. Our pressure regulator broke and Jeff replaced it. He also spent a few minutes reinforcing the pipe supports to prevent the issue from recurring, for no additional charge. If anything else breaks I'm messaging Jeff first.

He Walked me through a simple kitchen sink plumbing fix from his phone. I'm so appreciative. I'd definitely recommend and will be calling for future needs!

Highly recommend. Had a leak that they could not come out to fix due to their busy schedule. Instead of leaving us hanging they did everything possible to help walk me through it and I was able to fix it myself. Other companies left us hanging. I trust them to be fair and honest and will hire whenever needed. Companies can be defined by what they do when they don't make profit and they went above and beyond.

Jeff went out his way to save me money on a job that he could have easily charged me for (and most people would've) but being that it was simple diy plumbing repair he helped me and guided me on where to go and what to get. Great customer service! Best plumbing service I've ever ordered. Was able to squeeze me into the schedule to resolve a leak at the water line into my house. No BS guy didn't try to swindle me or tell me that something had to be replaced unnecessarily. Would recommend for fast service that won't rip you off.

We have used Green Plumbing a few times and have always been impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and skills base. They installed an outside sink in our garage, which was a great addition to our home. Jeff did a wonderful job; efficient, fair price, offered knowledge and expertise. We had a major leak in our kitchen at Thanksgiving time.

He came out and fixed the problem at short notice and still charged a fair price. After the holiday, he came out and installed a new kitchen faucet. Now two years later, we had a problem with the handle. He came over the same day I phoned and fixed the problem at no additional charge, even though it was no longer under warranty. This is the type of company I want to do business with: caring and competent! Green Plumbing is the company that meets all of our plumbing needs!

All i can say is wow! dont even waste time looking for a professional plumbing company! i just had a plumbing nightmare snd had no idea eho to call snd lucky for me i found green plumbing! they came right over, did an incredible job the price was very fair snd my crisis is over and i cannot say enough good about the level of professionalism this company has. no need to look any further. you will have your problem resolved quickly and you will be so thankful you did not waste time looking for somebody else! trust me im very very happy!

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Green Plumbing on a few occasions working on both plumbing repairs and plumbing installation projects in my home. Jeff and Jason are both very professional and also friendly and personable. The quality of work is outstanding, the cost very reasonable, the attention to detail excellent, and the time it took to complete the jobs was very fast.

I had one issue with faulty manufacturing on a part that was installed in my new sink, not Jeff's fault at all, , but he was so apologetic and changed his schedule in order to come out and replace the part the same day. You rarely find excellent service like that these days! I will certainly call Green Plumbing for any future plumbing issues or projects in my new home.they are very responsive and it's so nice to work with a family business.

Very helpful. Jeff was willing to talk with me over the phone and give me a couple of things to do when freezing slush got into the water lines of our mobile home. I did what he said. The problem was solved within fifteen minutes.

This is a family-run business. They will treat you like family, trust me. Speaking of trust, the Silverbergs are the most down-to-earth, honest people you will ever meet. On top of that, they are master plumbers.

Green Plumbing came to our house the day after Christmas as the water heater blew out. Jeff Silverburg was there after a long day at 5:00 and worked until 9:30 pm. He installed carbon monoxide detectors for us as we didn't have any before.

They fixed the leak and ran a water line but for those two things it was 700 dollars. Ridiculously expensive and I'm sure the guy ripped me off because he seemed to be making up prices off the top of his head. There are much more professional and cheaper plumbers in town that do great work. If you are shopping around for a plumber, look elsewhere.

Jeff was amazing! I had NO HOT water the past 24 hours (Christmas) -- I called him and instead of booking an appointment to come out and charge me (Sat are costly). He diagnosed the issues over the phone with me with questions - model - and instructions.

Awesome! The man saved us 5000.00 by telling us that we didn't actually need the services that another plumbing company told us that we needed. He was even able to show us in detail on his plumbing camera all of the reasons that the other guy was conning us. My wife and I highly recommend Green Plumbing. Honest and reliable.

We had a HUGE plumbing issue come up. Our old house, built back in the 50's, needed a complete sewer line replacement and changeover from the clay lines to PVC. We initially called Green Plumbing when we had a backup issue in our bathroom, and they tried snaking the line to clear the blockage, unfortunately to no avail. After getting down in there and seeing what was going on with the line, it was evident we had a huge problem that required an entire sewer line replacement. Jeff and his team were very courteous and professional, and Jeff checked in with us nightly (it was a job that took days) to see how we were doing. Jeff was incredibly honest and up front about what we were facing, which was greatly appreciated.

We will use Green Plumbing for any of our plumbing issues without hesitation. We know we can trust him because he and his team did right by us on this huge replacement job, and I'll recommend Green Plumbing to everyone I know in the area.

Jeff will go above and beyond making sure whatever needs fixing is done correctly, won't pull you over the table with unnecessary repairs and his prices are more then fair! He has been to our home twice for repairs and he is the only one we will now call for any plumbing needs. We know he will do the job right the first time for a competitive price! Jeff replaced a dead water heater for me. He was quick and thorough and the new water heater works great. What impressed me most, though, was how concerned he was with doing things right. He truly wanted me to be happy with his work, and I definitely was.
