Ryan and his team are amazing and did masterful work for our remediation. Our job required a great deal of flexibility and Ryan moved right along with us. Ryan Penny and Disaster Response went above and beyond. When my basement flooded, Ryan came over within an hour and assessed the situation and told me the next steps to take as I didn't know where to begin. His crew was there the next morning and they provided exceptional, reliable and expert service. I am extremely pleased at the minimal damage there was to the basement and that is because of the quick response, professionalism and knowledge of Ryan and his team. Disaster Response did an excellent job with the cleaning and painting in our home after the fire in our living room. Ryan's crew was able to start the day after the fire to begin the process of returning our home to normal. His crew was professional and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile by being concerned for the welfare of our parrots and cat. I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a disaster. They did what they said they would do with no surprises.

Absolutely awful experience. Our basement flooded and we called this company to help. During the dryout process the service was fine, but once everything was dry, the remodel process was my worst nightmare. The work didn't get done on time and it was like pulling teeth to get people to even show up when they said they would! I spent countless numbers of days waiting around to have no one show up or answer my calls.
The work was done very poorly the first time around, and I had them come fix some things that were big issues. The finished project is ok, but not great. I am not happy with how our carpet looks, as there are streaks all over it, even though they said the stains from the water would come out. The price was also 5 times our original quote, which was frustrating. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere.

I would highly recommend this company. Ryan Penny will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Work was completed on schedule. And he will keep his word. We are very happy with the work they did. He even came out to my house on a Sunday to bid the job because.of our schedule. The best company out there.

We had a pipe burst in our basement and we called disaster response and the service was excellent! Ryan and his team were prompt and extremely helpful in working with our insurance company. So easy to work with.and always looking for (and asking about) ways in which they can improve. This is the worst company ever. They show up in their fancy trucks and make hollow promises. Then when it is time to work, they send ex-cons to your house. They broke 2 of my windows, stole stuff out of my garage, disconnected all the lights in my house and then said they didn't have anyone to finish my house.

When my washer overflowed and flooded my basement, I called Disaster Response. They came out immediately, and were very thorough in making sure that everything was dried out properly. Once dry, they brought in another crew to repair the damage. Throughout the entire process, they were so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Disaster Response should the need arise.
