We had a tank burst in our lower level and flooded half the floor, soaking up the carpet and padding so the padding had to be replaced. They were able to come check it out quickly and help us bring our house back to normal fast. Insurance was happy to cover the cost minus the deductible so I would definitely call these guys again.

616 Restore truly stands out as one of the best companies in the industry. There are many companies out there that will come to your house and try and make the mold issue sound TERRIBLE. Other companies use outdated unverified tests that only test for regular mold found in the natural outdoor air and then they want to charge you an arm and a leg to remedy something that isn't a problem.

I lost trust in many companies, but not this one! If you are looking for a mold expert, this is the company to hire. Not only do they do an excellent job, but Sos was very upfront and honest about the job. 616 is knowledgeable, and gave us a great price for their services. Not to mention fast response time, professional, and informative. He assured me that the mold issue could be cleaned for a fraction of the cost the other companies gave me, and could also perform the job it in a timely manner.

We had an ice damn form on our roof that created a hole- spilling water in to our house across both levels. 616 restoration was quick to contact us (after our insurance referral) and to arrive. They were able to remove the ice damn and mitigate the water issues in the house- removing drywall and putting in fans. Great follow up and flexible with working with our insurance claim (State Farm). The entire team was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had about the process. Would absolutely recommend!

These guys are tops! As a commercial realtor, I know firsthand how hard it is to find fair, reliable, competent, and polite contractors. 616 offers all that and more. Three different inspectors looked at my property prior to my contacting 616. None of them could identify where the property's mildew-y smell was coming from. But, 616 Restore came in and immediately identified the source of the smell.

They checked every part of the property, measured moisture, showed me what they found, and finally gave me an actionable plan for remediation. This has been my best experience working with a service like this, and it's not at all close. There's no upselling, exaggerating, or any of the other myriad negative practices you'll find elsewhere in the remediation / restoration industry - just effective, honest, high-value results. They were very quick and efficient. We did not even realize that we had a mold issue in our attic until we were trying to get a loan. We found out that we couldn't even get the loan approval until we got it fixed! 616 Restore asked me to send pictures and once I did they were able to give me an estimate and get us on the schedule the SAME week. Referred by a company that did excellent work with tree removal. Initial contact was wonderful and professional. That was nearly 11 months ago.

There is nothing guaranteed about this Guarantee System business. Had a rug dyed because of fading, and the outcome wasn't any better than when we dropped it off. There was no communication that the process was not working on the rug.

Referred by my insurance company. They didn't give me a complete estimate. I called and asked repeatedly. I was told that the needed to start the work on the deck portion before I could get an estimate on everything.
