I wanted a bid on a kitchen remodel. The designer wanted to do an initial call to "find out out how much money I wanted to invest in my home". Basically, if you don't want to spend $50,000, don't bother calling them. What he didn't know, or bother to ask, is that I have other projects as well, that would add up to a lot more than $50,000. He literally told me that I needed to "find a guy with a truck" to do my work. I am sure their work is very good, but their designer sounded very greedy with no public relations skills.

We used Murphy Bros to design a new attached garage and replace siding, sofits, gutters, as well as some other work like replacing doors etc. They did a great job and I'm happy with the work they did and I would use them again. They also were flexible and worked with me as I did some other work on the house at the same time. The work they did looks great and I'm frequently reminded of that when people comment on the changes to the home. Services: - Install new Siding, Gutters, Soffits, Chimney repair, driveway, concrete patio, door installation as well as other general work.

Murphy Bros. took on two insurance claims for us, to repair two bathrooms and remodel our basement, which was gutted after a flood. We could not be happier with or more grateful for the work they put into our home. The project managers were trustworthy, professional, and reliable. They maintained good communication so we always knew what was happening and what to expect.

They walked us through the process every step of the way and made sure we were on the same page about every detail. Everyone who set foot in our house did excellent work and treated our home with respect. I was impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and the pride they took in their work. The project was completely slightly ahead of the projected timeline, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Murphy Brothers designed and remodeled a portion of our home creating a second master suite with a tiled, walk in shower in the bathroom and walk in closet in the bedroom. Murphy Brothers have completed two different projects for me, both with complete satisfaction. They brought expert structural, city codes, and design knowledge to my renovations. Their use of the Builder Trend app keeps the project organized and communication smooth. I'm a very detailed person and will notice the slightest scratches, dents, or misalignment. Murphy Bros customer service was always professional with my crazy asks or questions.

The sales team worked with my budget and always had suggestions to cut costs or improve the project. Their follow-ups after completion comes with a peace of mind knowing you have them on your team.

We had a great experience renovating our kitchen and master bathroom with Murphy Bros! Our design process was very fun and I felt like we really got to make our own decisions in the end with some much needed guidance along with way. Everyone we worked with at Murphy Bros was friendly and professional. We also really liked the Builder Trend app they use to keep track of deadlines and payments. Everything was done ahead of schedule and still looks fantastic a year later!

I hired Murphy Bros In January of 2018 to do a main floor remodel (mainly kitchen). I chose them because they really conveyed their willingness to stand behind their work and high quality craftsmanship. They also used an app that they said was easy to work with and everything would be posted on it so we would know when people were scheduled to be in the house. Having them do the entire main level was outside our budget, so we took on some of the work such as demo, floors, windows, and electrical. Knowing this, the designer and project manager said the remodel was going to take 3 months.

We did the demo and had the new windows put in. We had the walls spray foamed and handed the project over to Murphy Bros. It started off good, the drywall was done quickly but then the project stopped. There was a 6 week stop in work. When we asked about it the designer just assured us not to worry and the project manager was non responsive. After that it was a rough road getting the project manager to respond and we never really knew when someone would be working on the house, nothing was ever put onto the app like we were promised.

Fast forward 7 months later and our project was near completion. I was at the end of my rope so I called the office and the owner John came out to look over the progress. He was responsive and professional and got the project back on track. In the end the project was completed 3.5 months after they said it would be which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

As promised, their work is beautiful and high quality and they do stand behind their work. If it hadn't been for John stepping in when he did, I would have given a lower review. I fully believe they are a good company who cares about their customers and will make sure you are happy and satisfied in the end. I would recommend them to anyone and I would work with them again but I would choose a different designer and a project manager.

Having worked with Murphy Bros for several years - I've never met a homeowner who wasn't thrilled with how the project turned out. While Murphy Bros does beautiful work, I think what sets them apart from other builders is the amount of time and energy spent on their client relationships. Their ability to educate the client and manage their expectations for how the project will go speaks volumes and makes for a smooth and efficient remodel.

We have worked with Murphy Brothers on a number of projects, all of which we have been extremely happy with. The projects included bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, exterior projects including a chimney repair and most recently our roof replacement. They managed the complete roof replacement project including coordinating with our insurance adjuster. Cherie managed the complete project including the final settlement with the insurance company.

They completed the roof replacement in one day and we are extremely happy with the work and cleanup around the house when they were done. I would recommend them for any home repair project and we look forward to working with them on other projects!

We hired Murphy Bros. to remodel our small 80's kitchen in a recently purchased condominium. The workmanship is superb. Everyone we dealt with during our remodel process was very professional. They listened to all of our needs and ideas and brought all of them to fruition with the finished product. My husband and I have more remodel needs in our future and will not hesitate to call Murphy Bros. again.

Working with Murphy Bros was great. They worked very closely with us on the design to update two bathrooms, and made sure the end results were exactly what we intended. Communication was excellent, and we'd love to work with them again.

I cannot review their workmanship, but I can review their timeliness. We were scheduled for an initial meeting at 10:30 in my home. He calls at 10:30 and says he was still at his office and needed my address (which I had already provided him).

Murphy Bros finished our basement and updated our kitchen counters. I am very pleased with the final results. The company understands the value of quality work, especially since a happy customer is more likely to come back for repeat business!
