Sawhill Kitchens

We have a mid-80's four level split. We had talked about opening up the wall and redoing our kitchen for quite some time. After researching remodelers, we reached out to Tricia an the team at Sawhill. We are so glad we did. We did a complete remodel of our main level. Custom cabinets, new appliances, completely reimagined the space and how we use it.

Prior to remodeling, we were considering moving to have the amenities that we wanted. Now, we have no intention on moving. We love our kitchen. It is open, airy, highly organized and beautiful. From the beginning planning stages, through every step of demo, remodel and finishing, our project manager was in close contact with us. They even found some ways for us to do things like recess the header without extra costs.

I was dreading a complete remodel but the team at Sawhill made every step fun and seamless. Their crews were very respectful of our time and space and cleaned up each day before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sawhill Kitchens. We hired them in January 2020 to completely remodel our 30 year old Kitchen. Sue Palmquist listened to us and designed a fabulous new kitchen that is both beautiful and more functional. She was willing to make changes that we asked for but also was willing to politely stand her ground when she felt we were asking for something that would not be ideal.

And this happened because earlier in my career I worked in the kitchen industry, so I had "opinions." We greatly respected how Sue addressed my opinions and it led to a substantially better result. Sawhill also has a fabulous team of subcontractors that are focused on delivering high quality workmanship while simultaneously treating our home with respect. Everyone should contact them if they are looking for the best people, design and workmanship.

We love our kitchen that Sawhill created, and would highly recommend working with them. Tricia had great ideas, and was super collaborative during the design phase, and Matt led a very smooth remodel process. They were both always communicative, creative and solution-oriented when it came to being able to meet our goals within our budget, and were also safety and health-conscious which was appreciated considering the project was done during COVID-19. I look forward to working with them again.

My fiancee and I had the fortune of working with Matt and Tricia in consulting with us on a kitchen remodel. Sawhill Kitchens is a phenomenal design firm. Have had the pleasure to work with them in multiple projects and have done kitchen remodels, additions, bathroom remodels and lake home addition. Susan Palmquist has been outstanding as a professional designer and takes great pride in helping to solve any problem large or small. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Their cabinetry is beautiful and makes decisions very difficult without the true artistry of their designers.

Sawhill has worked with us for years and they improve with each experience. Their expertise, quality and respect for the product as well as the customer is exemplary. How nice to work with people who are pleased with their product as well as listening to and pleasing their customers.
