Lies and empty promises is all you get. No proper training. The management is so paranoid about they're own employees that they have surveillance on them, but it's ok. If you like watching parking lots or other hokie facilities then here's your job. The most UN AMERICAN company Ever! A complete revolving door of employees also, unless you cater to the owners racist views on life.

This company will not allow anyone to really advance advance because there's no future. No armed guards whatsoever. Truly a nightmare for a serious officer. At the end of the day the owner likes anyone she can control or manipulate for her own benefit

I have been in the Armed Security Guard business for 7 years. Never ever have I had a dispatcher from overseas (Philippines) telling me how to do my job in Colorado, when I've been in Management It scares the heck out me me because they are bosses and if you say anything about this stuff to the owners they yell at you. First of l / we are Americans and should support the USA workers.

Stay away unless you aren't American. What a play on the name of rhe Company. They sublet all there work from other Guard companies. Also would like my paycheck I sent all my uniform stuff and they play games.
