I was with this company for several years in my old home and had no complaints. They provided reasonably priced and responsive monitoring service. When I moved, I had them install a new alarm system and I was not happy with the number of issues that I had with the new system. I frequently got error messages. I was able to address some of them myself by replacing batteries, etc, but I also had to schedule a series of service calls with the company at my own expense.

For the final error and service call, I was told in a phone call by a company representative that the error would be fixed at no cost to me. And they sent a tech out who did some work on the system, which seemed to fix it. But they then sent me a bill for $250. When I expressed concern, they subtracted $50-but that's it. I did not appreciate that in light of my earlier phone call with the company, so I went ahead and cancelled my service.

It did not give me a good feeling or make me want to continue as a customer to be told one thing then sent a bill later on that conflicted with that. Like I said, I had good experiences with the company for a number of years, so maybe this was an anomaly. But it was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I scheduled two appointments with this company to repair my security system. Each appointment was cancelled/rescheduled at the last minute because I was not a current customer of the service, and, consequently, told I was not a priority.
