Any time I need key assistance I will be sure to go to Master Security. I brought my 2011 Titan here to make a copy of the microchip key and remote. When making a copy wasn't as straight forward as it needed to be, they were willing to troubleshoot in order to figure out how to get the job done.

I've been here twice both times on Fridays around 3PM. The first time, the business was completely closed up despite the hours being posted of Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. The second time I arrived, I was told that even though the locksmith is normally around only until 4PM (even though the business hours are for an hour longer) she skipped out early for the weekend.

Do NOT use this company. Not sure what happened to this company over the past 3-4 years with good reviews, but my experience was a NIGHTMARE. I called the evening of the day I moved; the key we used to lock the condo would not work when we tried to get back in.
