I had a consultation with them and agreed to their project minimum of $100,000 to start. Someone I had never talked to showed up an hour early for our appointment (after the first guy called me back to ask when our appointment was since he didn't write it down). I don't feel like the guy listened to anything I had to say and did not write anything down.
He told me he would come up with a budget proposal and we would go from there. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. I don't know about everyone else but when I plan to spend more than $100,000 on a project, I expect the company I am doing business with to communicate with me. I will not be using them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to have someone come out and was given a window of 8am-12pm. Towards the end of the window I called to follow up only to be told that my appointment was canceled because the person I spoke to "didn't get my number down" and they were unable to call to confirm the appointment. I agreed to move the window to 1pm-5pm since I had already taken the day off only to be called back at 4pm to be notified that they would not be able to come out.
When I expressed my frustration of losing an entire day waiting for them to come out they only offered me a paltry 10% discount for the inconvenience. If this is how customers are treated prior to receiving service, I can only imagine how poor the follow up would be if needed. I will not be doing business with this company and will make sure anyone i know who needs irrigation work or any type of landscaping steers clear of Bonick Irrigation.

I have used Bonick Landscaping as my yard service for more than 10 years. The workers are trustworthy and reliable. I know that when I go away for several months at a time that they will be here every week keeping the yard immaculate. If I need new plants, I can count on them to do it right every time. I highly recommend Bonick.

I've always coveted the impeccable design and quality of detail of Bonick Landscaping. When I contacted them to learn about mosquito control options for my rent house, they returned my call right away and put me on the schedule that same day. Aaron was prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions about pets and safety thoroughly. I highly recommend Bonick's service and will most definitely be contacting them again to design my landscape once I purchase a home.

We have been loyal clients of Bonick Landscaping for over ten years! Two major projects and years of maintenance later, they are simply the best! Reliable, trustworthy and efficient, they will take excellent care of your property and stand by their work. Tanya Wilson, landscape designer, worked with us for over a year creating an exterior plan for our new home.
We asked for hardscape as well as softscape with a water feature that would be low maintenance. She delivered! Her ideas incorporated the perfect balance of color, scale, form and texture! She was patient, creative, and listened to us as we came up with final plan that met our budget and desires. I knew I could reach out to her anytime with my questions or concerns. Even though the project is complete, she continues to stay involved with the transition and finishing touches!
