Synthetic Grass Pros did a fantastic job rehabbing the existing turf after I had moved. Price was agreeable at the time of quote but I felt GREAT about it after seeing the work they did. They did seamless patches and made the rest of the yard look great. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and on-time. Highly recommend!

I am so happy we chose Synthetic Pros for our installation. They really do deserve all the 5 star reviews here. The contractor, John Pool, walked me through all of the alternatives and told me they could probably remove our grass and install the turf in a single day. I was incredulous but when the day came, a large crew showed up early and started to work on it hard, complete pros too.

They were pleasant to deal with, courteous and respectful of the property; they took the time to explain all the parts that went into the project. When the turf installation was complete, they noticed a water leak issue on one of the sprinkler lines. Other companies could have said the damage was already there, or worse, just say nothing at all. These guys just worked on it for as much time as it was needed, worked on it until it was resolved. They didn't question it, just saw an issue and resolved it. And they did complete the job in a single day. Happy to recommend them!

We have used Synthetic Grass Pros on several occasions. They do an amazing job with great attention to detail. They are extremely respectful to us personally and in the meticulous care of our property. We opted to keep our sprinkler system active to help keep the grass cleaner. They did not leave until the sprinkler system was tested to make sure everything was working properly. We highly recommend this company!

A swarm of bees? Locusts? NO - a swarm of hard-working, knowledgeable professionals descended on our back yard, and less than two days later, the results are astonishing! Marco worked with us to plan the layout, and we were really impressed with their extensive variety and choice of grass types and colors. and their competitive pricing. Once construction started, Josue and Gilbert and the entire crew executed to perfection. Polite, friendly, constantly asking if any adjustments were needed, from stepping stone placements to final turf layouts and cup placements.

Synthetic Grass Pros were great to work with. Jim Ed came out twice to look at our yard and answer all of our questions around what we were wanting to do with it. He even suggested a couple of things that we hadn't fully thought through. He showed up on the first day of install and made sure the crew exactly what needed to be done. On the day of install Moises and his crew were here by 7:30 and ready to start shortly after.

They made sure we had a care out of the garage since they needed the drive way most of the day. They also helped get a large metal post in concrete out of the ground along with fixing an issue with our sprinkler system. The crew didn't slow down both days they were here and were very friendly. They also looked like they truly enjoyed work which speaks volumes.

On the final day of install the crew did a full run through with our sprinkler system to make sure everything was working. There were a couple of sprinkler heads that didn't get a cute for and they quickly fixed them and we were left with an amazing backyard. We have already used our new yard and putting green daily and don't see it slowing down anytime soon.

We have fallen in love with our backyard again and we can't wait to use it for many years to come. Thank you Jim Ed, Moises and Crew, we greatly appreciate everything you did!

Top notch! From my first meeting with Jason, to multiple schedule changes with Andrea, (my fault not there's) to the crew on installation day. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY! I was hesitant on the cost, at first, but well worth it!

FANTASTIC and professional job by Synthetic Grass Pros with the transformation of of our backyard. We had Santa Cruz synthetic turf installed along with some foam padding for a children's play set in our backyard. Jim Ed communicated with us throughout the entire process and made sure the installation timeline fit our schedule. The installation crew led by Moises was the BEST crew we have ever had at our home for any project.

The entire yard, sidewalk and street area was spotless each day before they went home. Their attention to detail throughout the installation process was amazing - they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. They even capped the sprinkler heads we no longer needed and made sure all sprinklers were functioning properly at the end of the project. Moises continued to check in with us each day to ensure our questions were answered and any concerns addressed.

As an OCD neat freak, I was so impressed with how they cleaned our yard and street/sidewalks beside our home. Our family has spent every evening outside now without shoes enjoying our beautiful backyard turf. I'm not sure who loves it more - the dog, the kids or us! Selling me a product wasn't an issue. Initial install was ok but expensive (1.25x others who had longer timelines). Service after install was terrible. Multiple calls, failure to call me back, failure to show, just plain bad service. Install and forget, maybe. Install and service, avoid.

Jim Ed was our product specialist we used and very knowledgeable on the different options. The job was completed by "Juan's crew" and we were very impressed with their workmanship, punctuality, and how efficient they were getting the job completed and cleaned up afterwards. Happy customer

As you can tell, I'm not one to write reviews, but Synthetic Grass Pros provided such a superior service that it felt wrong not to! We simply cannot recommend this company enough.they are by far the most professional team of people we have come across. Sean Q. is the guy you want to ask for.he is knowledgeable, exceptionally courteous and goes out of his way to assist you throughout the entire process.

We have a very large space that had a lot of problem areas (uneven ground, water logged areas) and so were unsure of getting just certain areas done or the whole back garden. Sean was patient and very responsive as we went back and forth, and we are thrilled with the end result. The whole garden has been completely transformed and it was worth every penny.

We didn't actually realize just how much work was involved. Cannot say enough positive things about the crew that carried out the work either.they were highly skilled, punctual and polite. They simply went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Synthetic Grass Pros!

Synthetic Grass Pros has a wonderful product but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had our back yard redone with turf last year and they promptly laid a high quality product efficiently; we are happy with the results but in terms of getting care in a timely fashion they are abysmal. After the turf was laid we had to have a service on it as I mistakenly didn't have them cut out areas for our sewage lines.

I paid for a service fee $250 approximately 2-3 months post installation. Initially the repair looked passable, but after a few weeks it began to ripple as if it wasn't tied down; to the companies credit they agreed to fix it for free. Where my gripe occurs is a complete disregard for my time. Each scheduled visit (never a time window) they have been at least 2 hours late despite requesting a timely appearance on this third visit and confirming the address prior to scheduling. Great product but a complete lack of respect for the customer and their time.

I highly recommend Synthetic Grass Pros. I had the pleasure of working with Scotty. We had a large area to cover and he helped me get to a good price and the install was seamless! He has a great team and the finish out is perfect!

I had Synthetic Grass Pros replace some turf in my backyard 6 weeks ago. I had drainage issues which I never had with my old turf. There was also a large hole by one of my fence posts. I called and they came back and fixed neither one of my problems. On the 3rd trip to my house, they did fix the hole by the fence post but did not fix my drainage problem once again.

I never received any type of follow up call making sure my concerns had been taken care of. On top of all that, there were so many seams in my yard where the turf did not even match because of the way it was installed. I researched and had another turf company come and talk with me as I had decided to turf the rest of my backyard. After seeing their product, I had the new company rip out my month old turf and completely install theirs in my backyard.

I am so happy with my new lawn from a company that listened to my concerns and assured my satisfaction. It was worth losing the $2300 I paid to Synthetic Grass Pros to find a company that cares about customer satisfaction.

Synthetic Grass Pros receives a 5-star rating in my book. I met with Sean before the installation to discuss some of my needs/concerns, i.e. low spots, drainage, sprinkler locations. All had to be just right due to HOA requirements. Sean noted everything and suggested some edging/border along the fences (this was a fantastic idea). The team arrived at 7 a.m. as promised.

Each technician was friendly and personable. They protected the real grass at the entrance to the yard with plywood (nice). They then took off like a fine tuned machine with each person doing their job as others did theirs. It was impressive to watch as the borders were cut and the rough areas around the concrete patio were removed. DG or Fill was brought in and uneven areas were starting to smooth out.

Great attention was paid to the grade of the lot since proper drainage was a must (again HOA). Hand tamping and machine tamping began. Then I left. I returned later to find the team gone. First, I checked the area near the street where they parked and unloaded everything including the fill, spotless! Just what I hoped for. Next, inspect the yard leading to the entry, the same, great clean-up and no mess.

The I opened the gate, it was beautiful! The grass laid smooth, the corners and edges were tight, the areas around the sprinklers were cut just right as to allow the sprinklers to fully operate with minimal openings in the turf. Low areas had been raised making the grade better than before. The cut around two large Vitex looked like grass naturally surrounding the base of the trees.

The yard which had looked like the Sahara now looked like the Oasis that I had hoped for. Thanks for the great work of each person on this job. Synthetic Grass Pros is top notch and has some great talent on their team. I highly recommend this company.

Sean, Francisco and their respective crews exceeded the high expectations I already had for them from several neighborhood referrals. From the initial no-pressure and transparent sales process all the way thru final detailing of the installation every single representative of the company was top-notch. Communication through unexpected weather issues was great.

The crew was very respectful of our space and our continuous needs to get vehicles out of garage, etc. Install was immaculate and I knew I chose the right company when I saw a crew member turning over the new mulch in one of our beds to hide the sand that had been blown into the bed as part of the install process.

David, Thanks so much for all your working prepping for and coordinating the turf installation. The kids were out putting this afternoon. My son came in and stated that he's the worst putter in the world. I told him he now has no excuse to be so.get out and practice! I also want to mention that the crew was a pleasure to have here. I wanted to drop you a line about the crew that laid our turf at 121 Crest Canyon Drive. We've completed several projects the last 24 months in our back yard with a pool and outdoor kitchen, the crew you guys had come do the install was probably the most professional acting crews we have had on any of our projects.

Synthetic Grass Pros installed turf in a troublesome area of our back yard that would not sustain natural grass because of shade. Their work was excellent and we and our two dogs couldn't be happier.
