Timberline Lawn & Landscape

I rarely write reviews but I thought I did them a favor. Timberline Lawn did a good job fixing our drainage issue. They leveled the yard nicely when installing a french drain. And we needed a lot of dirt moved.

DO NOT come here for landscaping needs if you expect responsive service. I attempted to get a quote to get tree work and bushes removed from my yard. I was told it would take 2-3 days to get a quote back on the price and time of the project. Over 10 days later I have yet to receive the quote, after multiple emails and phone calls with customer service inquiring on the status of said quote. The only explanation for why it was taking so long was that she "couldn't get a hold of their landscaping guy." so apparently there is only one.

Just started lawn care with these guys, but very happy with the professionalism, kindness, and so far the work completed. Hoping and optimistic for a long, positive working relationship with them in the future!

Allows employees to borrow his uninsured company vehicles then refuses to be held accountable for damages made by said employee in said company vehicle. Imagine what kind of work they would do on your lawn.

Horrible customer service especially from their "owner" and let me just say their driver needs to take a driving class if he's going to be driving a company vehicle. Shady people and definitely would not recommend. And to top it off who argues with a pregnant lady who's vehicle you just hit. Oh and by the way they are not insured so I would not expect them to cover any damage they do to your property. Overall very shady and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Uninsured vehicles aren't meant to be driven. A worker in their company truck hit my sister-in-law and hasn't offered to reimburse her for the damages. Unacceptable. The same could happen to you if you decide to use their service so I wouldn't recommend it.

They have uninsured vehicles and careless drivers. As a business, the professional thing to do would be to fix the car your worker hit. As a person it's the right thing to do. Fix the damages to the pregnant woman's car that you hit.

No insurance on your company vehicle? Your company vehicle hit my friend's car, who is currently 9 months pregnant and due any day. Do the right thing and cooperate with the police and her insurance to make this right!

They let their employees drive around in uninsured vehicles and proceed to get into car accidents with women who are 39 weeks pregnant. I don't trust a business who does not insure the employees or their vehicles when travel is required and part of the job requirements. It would be a huge liability to have a company like this on my property. Not worth the hassle.

I've used Timberline lawn services for years and have been so impressed by the work done each week. Even more importantly how easy they are to contact and work with. I've really enjoyed my services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new crew.

We were gone when the lawn service team came. They left after doing a great job. I couldn't ask for better.

We were not happy with our old landscape provider, so we switched to Timberline, and we have been happy ever since. They do our lawn weekly and they do a great job. Some of our sprinkler heads were broken and we asked if they could fix them - they came out immediately and looked at each one to make sure each of them worked properly, so we greatly appreciated that.

They're very responsive and helpful any time we have questions regarding a project or even just something as small as lawn work. They were recommended by our friends, and now we're happy to recommend them as well.

They just trimmed and pruned our trees - looks great. I really like the fact they do full service, whenever we need it. And maintain our landscape year round. Sam and the crews are professional and reliable. Thanks guys.

Great work and responsive customer service are what set Timberline apart from other lawn care services we've used. When pricing is comparable to to others, why not get excellent customer service while you're at it?

WOW! I had a tough job including a deck tear-down, and these guys did an amazing job! Beware other landscapers in the area who try the hard sell on things you don't need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Timberline!

Timberline Lawn & Landscape delivers those two things in spades. From first contact I received a response within the same day and got a quote on time as promised. The work done on my properties is what was agreed upon, and whenever there was something that causes a change in plans, I get notified and things do not get done without my approval.

The prices are fair across the board and billing is easy, something I enjoy as someone who owns multiple rentals. If I had a question about something, I can easily reach someone and if they have something on their end, they reach out to me as well. For example, inclement weather. All in all, they make my life easier and for that I am glad.

Lance was very customer service friendly and rapid responsiveness. He clearly explained the plans, services and how things are charged. I signed up during Christmas and still the crew showed up within a couple of days during the holidays to make my yard all prettified. Great service. Great Job.

We then had them install concrete pavers in the front half of the yard, and decomposed granite in the back half for a vegetable garden that got. fenced off with an arbor.

The team was always professional, on time and sometimes worked over 8 hours a day to get the project done a few days earlier than quoted. We enjoyed working with this crew so much, that we're even having them back to help us replace a fence. If you have a landscaping project, give Timberline Lawn and Landscape a shot. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This company has horrible customer service and accounting departments. We used them for a year-and-a-half. They would show up to cut the grass in the winter when it wasn't even growing. I had to call them and tell them to stop cutting it and they still charged us for the visit. In the Spring and Summer months, they changed our service date several times.

When they didn't show up to service the lawn, I contacted them and they said they must have missed us. Then, they sent a text saying I owed over $700 in service fees because they hadn't been auto-debiting my account. They wanted me to pay the balance in full and I said I couldn't do that due to being disabled. After jumping through some hoops, they finally said I could pay it out in three payments.

I just received another message asking for the payment again. I told them the check already cleared my bank. This is the worst lawn service I've ever had! They don't even have the decency to call up on the telephone to discuss the situation as grown ups! The only form of communication they adhere to is texting and email. Save yourself the hassle and go with another service!

I have been using Timberline Lawn & Landscape for going on 3 years now. I switched to Richard and his team because of dissatisfaction with communication and service with my previous lawn care company. My old service repeatedly maimed my fence, sprinkler heads, and bushes. I have not had to change a sprinkler head, replant a bush, or repair any fence damage since switching to Timberline.

I cannot say enough great thinks about this company. They do excellent work. Richard is so great to work with and they always do a great job. I highly recommend Timberline for any landscaping and lawn work.

We were looking for a full lawn and landscape service and discovered Timberline by chance when driving through our neighborhood. We noticed a hardworking, well presented team in a neighbors garden and stopped to inquire about their services. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the owner of the company was right there in the thick of things. getting the landscaping job done.

I had been through three landscaping companies (in only one and half mowing seasons) before I found TIMBERLINE LAWN AND LANDSCAPE- and what a find it was! They do excellent work, and I am never surprised by the bill. Their lawn service schedule is consistent - I am not left to wonder when (or if) they are coming. But, best of all, the crew is completely trustworthy.
