Jerry Sullivan opened his garden center in March 1953 on the same location as his father's coal company. The two businesses ran side by side until 1955 when the coal closed. Brother Dan entered the business in 1956. All was rosy in the garden center and in 1972 the brothers expanded the business to include lawn care in Dallas and Fort Worth areas.Ten years later the landscape division is expanded as well. In 1977 grandchildren Dan, Mark and Katie entered the family business and opened satellite locations in DFW (1983) and Detroit (1986). The new century saw the family and the business continue to grow.

I recently contracted with Lawn Connections to landscape my yard and fix some drainage issues. I'm very happy with the results. The front and back look very nice and my drainage issues are fixed. The crew did great work. Very professional looking. Danielle has been very easy to work with. She takes my calls, follows up and pays attention to the details. I highly recommend Lawn Connections for your landscape project.

Very disappointing. Put down a deposit to put lights on our home. They came out almost two weeks before Thanksgiving to measure and give estimate. They no showed on us two times, promised to get them put up before Thanksgiving and I received a email today that they "need to change our estimate because lights they ordered are not enough to cover our roofline." So unprofessional and extremely disappointed. Do not use this company.

Absolutely pathetic service. I have used Lawn Connections for almost four years and quite frankly I'm a fool for continuing to extend second chances. Horrible customer service! I can count on two hands the amount of times they have no showed, with no excuses no attempt to contact me for a makeup, nothing. Orlando, the manager, sincerely needs some serious work in customer service.
When I explained to him that my lawn had not been mowed in over two weeks, he stated we cannot control the weather and hung up on me. I live on the top of a hill and was able to have another local individual mow my lawn just fine. As have all of my neighbors. I shouldn't have to run over and ask my neighbor's lawn service to mow my yard because Lawn Connections is too lazy to complete it. Furthermore, if a company is unable to come due to rain, I would presume you would contact the customer, explain the situation, and schedule a make up on one of the many sunny days that have since occurred.
Particularly since this courtesy has been requested in writing more than once. Save your time and money, this company isn't worth it. There are plenty of local individuals that do a better job anyways.
