I called them today for a/c repiar, after 10 minutes technician reached out to me saying everything's double price on Sunday.

Send me the same Tech you sent last week. Very good at what he does. Never been disappointed with any Gulf Coast Techs. Recommend this company all the time. Services: A/C system vent cleaning, A/C system maintenance, HVAC system maintenance

This is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with, when a top official calls you to help, this is a 5 star company. There engineer's are impeccable, polite and professional. Their price was very competitive for miles. Their only concern was getting my house up and running as quick as possible. Also used A/C companies many times in Florida over the years, trust me Gulf Coast is the best, glad to have found them.

Ronny called saying he was coming and showed up right on time. He was very thorough and diligent and very good at communicating what he was doing and recommending what I should do to get the most out of my air conditioner. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I plan on requesting him for my next maintenance in 6 months.

Service Technician Michael is amazing!. He's very passionate on the work he did for my Carrier A/C unit and gives 1000% on the service work he does when fixing my A/C unit. He's Very professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service and tech service when doing both a diagnostic on my unit; in finding the root cause as to why my 2 yr old Carrier A/C unit wasn't cooling properly and fixed/resolved the issue at hand.

My Carrier A/C unit is back up and running now and performing perfectly!. My home is nice and cold now during these hot Florida weather Temps. Im beyond grateful to Michael in resolving my A/C tech issue. I highly recommend using Michael for all your A/C tech service needs. You will NOT be disappointed at all. Micheal will now be my sole "go-to" service technician in handling all my a/c unit maintenance needs going forward for my home.

We had our air go out in October of 2020. We called Gulf Coast Air and they were quick to respond and assess our situation. They brought us a portable unit to use while they replaced our unit. They were very professional and friendly. We called them back when we decided to have our duct work replaced. Definitely would recommend Gulf Coast Air!

Not happy with the service Gulf Coast did NOT provide. On Dec 16 2020, I paid them $97.50 to inspect leaking in our garage and gave a me resolution which was to get the A-Frame professionally cleaned. On Jan 22 2021 they came out to clean the coils and the A-Frame, they totally cut wires, pipes, etc to clean it in the front yard only for them to advise that if they cleaned the A-Frame, it would disintegrate and agreed that I needed a new air conditioner.

I paid $375 for them to tell me this and they never cleaned it, only put it back but did not work because all the pipes, wires were cut. My biggest issue is when the first tech came out, why didn't he advise that it couldn't be cleaned? Did he not thoroughly inspect it, and why did the tech on the second trip not remove the metal panel to evaluate first before dismantling it? instead he completely removed the A-Frame and then discovered this?

All he had to do was to remove the metal covering on the A-Frame and he would have seen that it was to far gone. I paid this company $472.50 for nothing. I really question the tech's integrity and experience. The office staff was great but never got my money back.

I called after hours for my parents AC unit that was not cooling. Within minutes I received a callback to let me know I would go on the schedule first thing in the am. My day started with the most pleasant conversation with Mr. Kenneth. He assured me that he would be at my parents house within the hour, throughout his time at the house, he called me to give me routine updates (since I could not be there), which I greatly appreciated!

He not only gave me options, HE looked into the warranty information on the unit. To have him go that extra mile for me and not burdening my parents with that was another added relief! He got the parts ordered and replaced within a few hours. We were truly blessed to have Kenneth service our unit. And Gulf Coast Air Systems is equally blessed to have such a dedicated and pleasant person on their team.

I hope to not have any other AC issues, but I will definitely use GULF COAST AIR again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable and relatable organization. Mr. Kenneth ROCKS!

I came home after work and the house was warm, but both inside and outside units were running. I called Gulf Coast and talked to Charlene about getting someone out there. All techs were busy, but she told me she would see what she could do. She called me back 10 minutes later and had Technician Matt Moore come out. He diagnosed the problem right away and had me up and running.

I called late last night, because our air went out. My husband and I are taking care of his 86 and 83 year old parents who are currently very ill. At 7:15 this morning, Andrew, the technician, gave my husband a call and said he would be here at 8:00. (This was the 4th of July holiday).

I had Gulf Coast Air install a high end Lennox system for about $11,000. They did not replace the thermostat wire which was not a thick enough gauge and in turn caused board issues within a few weeks.

Arrived home after a long day and there was no AC! Because Ive always have had exceptional service from Gulf Coast and a Service Contract, I called after hrs. There was no doubt that the drip line was needing to be cleaned out. Kenneth came and with a great sense of humor and professionalism, not only fixed the problem but taught me what I could do to keep my AC system running.

I have used Gulf Coast Air Systems for many years. I have tried other companies and have always come back to Gulf Coast Air. They have installed and maintained 4 AC units. I used them for my annual service because they do what they say and should do when servicing the units. Luke was very personable and professional performing a complete service.

They installed 5 unties in 2 of my houses and Stephen our sales guy is phenomenal. Had an a small issue and they came out right way and reinstalled everything, very happy with the service and quality of there installers and technicians, i spent around 51,000.00 and can tell you these is one of the most professional jobs i seen.

This company engineered the air system for my new house and we are in the house now for one year. I have had about 9 service calls because of the zone system they installed has not worked properly nor was it designed properly.

Charged $111.50 to tell me that my coils were dirty, then proceeded to quote me a price of $650 for the cleaning in ADDITION to the initial diagnostic fee, for a total of $761. I paid the technician the $111.50 and declined the repair based on this quote.

They fixed my AC and within an hour I had cool air. Thanks again Mike and everyone for your services, our family is very grateful.

I don't normally post reviews but I had such a great experience with Gulf Coast Air Systems that I felt compelled to share my experience with everyone! I started having problems with the A/C and found myself without an A/C company because the one who installed my unit recently went out of business.
