We were a bit nervous doing business with a company we had not heard of, especially since we were solicited and had not reached out ourselves for this service. We were impressed by the reviews but withheld our own review until many months passed so we could be completely honest and objective. Here's what we realized ... this company is great to deal with.

They are real, down to earth and honest. They are there to assist when you need it! As far as the actual security system ... It has already paid for itself based on the benefits. We are a very small business, and now wonder how we ever lived without the peace of mind and convenience of this system. Our shop employees took well to having the monitors in common areas (very non-threatening) and our office employees felt peace of mind to be able to see who is coming in and out of the shop door when they are working alone.

It has really helped make it "easy to do what is right" for our new employees since they understand we have security which makes "hard do what is wrong". In addition we have greater peace of mind with our equipment and property as we are able to see activity happening in and around the business even when we are not there. Such a great investment, and glad we did it with this company!!!

I've had a security system through Olympic Security at my business and at a residence for two years now. I've been very pleased with the customer service experience with Olympic Security and the fact that I've dealt personally with Jack Ryan several times. He is on hands when it comes to dealing with his customers. Today we had to relocate our residential system and they sent Jacob out to take care of removing the system from the existing residence and installing in at the new location. Jacob did a wonderful job in getting this done and in providing personalized customer service. I highly recommend Olympic Security!

Kevin from Olympic Security came to my shop this morning and was quickly able to tell me what I needed to protect myself and my shop. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions and made me feel so much safer! I am a newer business owner and thought I couldn't afford to secure my shop! I was surprised and excited to see that Tony arrived same day to install my panel and was very organized and professional during his set up!

He made sure I understood how to use my system and arm it properly. This company is outstanding in their support of their clients. Olympic Security has helped me with the Install of Our Cameras, They have been nothing but helpful with any questions I may have and the Quality of the Equipment and the Service has been nothing but Wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of Security System.

Had a guy come out to my business, showed me exactly how everything worked, how much it was gonna cost and they got everything installed as soon as possible. Great company, great employees. Would definitely recommend!

Great company. Had a rep come out to my home and broke down all the price and details for a new security camera system. Made everything very easy to understand and that’s why I went with them.

I received a call from them asking to speak to the owner. I asked why and she said she wanted to speak to them about security. When I asked for more information, she was rude and hung up. Phone call came from their phone #.

What a joke! Do not use these scam artists. The spiel they give you, and the equipment they say your are purchasing, are not even close to what they end up installing. They wont respond to emails and get the old all our reps are busy recording when trying to call.

Do Not Use this Company! There false advertising practices are atrocious! We were contacted and offered a great deal, but when it comes down to the bottom line, you don't get what they promise, and they are not above throwing their employees under the bus!

We just had Olympic Security install an alarm system in our office. I found the customer service to be excellent. The system was installed quickly and works great. I would definitely recommend this service.
