Recently moved to Portland. C.E.A. doesn't need to advertise just look outside. This company has everything you need to feel safe in your home and away but just like the old saying goes you get what you pay for and their equipment is great! My brand-new alarm system with the touchscreen is fast and easy to use but my Favorite thing about the total package I got installed is my camera system it's so cool! it's like Christmas came early. The company is local and the staff is friendly.

These guys are great! They will work with your design the security system you want or they'll do it all for you, either way using top quality equipment. They also provide DIY support if you have the skills and want to do your own work. CEA (Bill and his team) has been around for a very long time and this is why.they deliver the best on all fronts! I had an Alarm System Installed with Central Alarm. The Experience was Amazing. The Owner was extremely helpful and tailored my system to my exact needs. The Monitoring is half what i was paying with ADT. I don't have one complaint about my experience.

I recently purchased a home with a Central Alarm system already installed. After a couple of months of inactivity, I decided to activate service again with them. I was quoted $199 for a cellular unit installed since I don't have a land line. The guys came out, and after two hours I was presented with a bill for over $400. The service manager Bo was condescending and talked to me like I was five years old.

His assistant wasn't much different. I called the office, and did get my bill lowered by the owner, but all and all it was a negative experience. So much for supporting the local business over the national chains.
