Repair Appliance Service Fix It Right

We really appreciate the detailed explanation and assurance that the repair would be good. Our technician didn't disappoint, It was good! The technician told us everything he was doing and even showed us what was wrong rather than just telling us. It's exactly what we needed and we enjoyed learning more about it as he did it! It was like a free appliance repair course!

Friendly service, quick and simple scheduling, timely arrival, knowledgeable technicians. We have used Fix-It-Right a few times now and are consistently satisfied.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE. Worst appliance service provider. We called their service for the appliance repair. Service fee charges were $70. But if we do the repair then the $70 would count towards repair. We were OK with that. However after getting pricey estimate for the parts, we decided to order parts ourselves. But then I was told that the $70 would not get counted towards the repair if I order the parts. Now I have spent $70 and still have broken dishwasher. Basically they don't want customer satisfaction but just the money from customer.

Heath was fantastic in getting our Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer working again. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to offer a couple of price-point choices for the repair. We would not hesitate to call him again!

I called them to have someone take a look at our refrigerator and she said its going to take $70 for service fees. She was not clear on what this would include and i asked her to repeat. She hung up. I called her back and asked why she hung up the phone. The answer was "we are not going to provide you service call someone else". Clearly an attitude that does not want to thrive.

They have a skill that is not backed by a good service and professional mindset. I hope such services are not even listed on google etc. Save yourself some time by calling someone else who actually wants to work.

Another 1 star review for Fix It Right. Must have been angry that we asked him to wear a mask in our house. Gave us a lecture on what setting to dry our clothes - didn't even let my SO explain the problem (or why he chose that setting). Tried to insult me by telling us that low dryer setting is for ladies delicate unmentionables, looked me up and down and declared that's nothing I (a lady) would ever wear and by our clothes we would never use a low setting. I guess his deal is behaving poorly and collecting that visit fee.

We have used this company several times and will continue to call them when an appliance needs help. Simply the best! They are extremely nice, fair, and always on time. Heath is a Jerk but he does good work. LOL He came back behind his technicians because they couldn't fix the problem and Heath got it fixed at NO CHARGE! Great communication- from calling for the appointment to the communication about the repairs. This is my second time calling Fix-it-right. Each time I've called, they have been available to come next day and even showed ahead of schedule! Service was great- insanely knowledgeable and absolutely practical with options. Friendly and kind to boot! I highly recommend this company. This is going to be my go to from here on out!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I had them come out to look at our icemaker. They do not know what they are doing and will just collect the $60 and not get the job done.

BEWARE! This company is a joke. I had them out in June to repair a 4 year old Samsung dryer. The owner, Heath Holliman, sent his very young son to do the service call. It was apparent early on that his son was in over his head when he kept phoning his dad for help. I could hear his father screaming at him over the phone and at that time sensed I was not dealing with a reputable or professional company.

His son took the dryer apart twice, because he forgot to replace all the parts the first time. He finally was able to get the dryer running, but it made a funny sound. Within a month it quit working again. I called Heath, as they supposedly offer a warranty on their work. Before I could even finish telling him the issue he was claiming it had nothing to do with their repair and then hung up on me. When I called him back, he threatened me! $220 spent on a worthless repair. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. You will regret it.

This is a JOKE! Do not use this business. TRUST ME! Heath the apparent Owner is a very rude individual. After coming out for the second time, i told him if he needed me i was on the porch with my son. I went in to let my dog in after him being in my home maybe 3 minutes and hearing the front door slam. I was so confused? Then saw his truck pulling away.

I called him and politely said, you could have grabbed me and told me what was going on? He told me if i felt offended to go somewhere else and HUNG UP ON ME! I'm sorry, WHAT? Y'all, I'm blown away. This guy needs to be shut down. So now we are $120 in and still have a broken washing machine and i feel completely offended.

Brutal customer service. Please steer clear. Had them out 3 times and still didn't fix the issue. **update** Received call from owner who blamed me for the issue and hung up on me. Unreal. Still doesn't change the fact that your company didn't follow up as promised and is incompetent.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They told me it would be 5 days to get in a motor to fix my dishwasher. After calling a 100 times we got one over 6 weeks later. Of course, it did not work right.

Well, on the Web it had their hours as open today (Saturday) from 8 AM to 8 PM. The agitator went out on my washing machine after 2pm, so I called them to see if they could get someone out today. The guy told me that it was a family run business that works 8-8 Mon-Fri, and 8-noon on Saturday, and that if I needed it done today, as it was after their working hours.

Call someone else. Usually I enjoy patronizing small owner operator businesses. Heath was nice enough on the phone, if a little condescending, so I had him come out to look at my dryer. I was told it would be a $50 service call or parts and labor if I had him fix it.

Excellent refrigerator repair service! Sent an email in the evening and their tech was here the next day to do the repair. He had to wait 20 min for me to arrive from work (I am sorry about that) and did not complaint.
