They came on a service call for underground water leak. First thing the man said we charge $96.02 for a service charge. The only thing he check was the water cut off to the house. He said he would get with his estimate man and let me know what they could do. Two weeks today they never got back to me with an estimate. I called 2 times and the lady said they had been real busy! My husband called and they said they were working on it. So for my $ 96.92 we never received nothing!

I had made an appointment for them to do a yearly service/inspection for my tankless water heater this past spring. After they did their service, our water heater continued having intermittent issues which they came back for once and said was fixed. Within three months, the water heater issues kept occurring and I spent two weeks trying to get a service call scheduled, but two different associates (Danielle and Michelle) stopped responding to my emails.
I decided to go through a different company and they found corrosion in the water heater flame rods/sensors that we weren't made aware the past two times they came to service the water heater. EDIT: As a reply to the owner's reply - the tech only came back and cleaned the rods for free was because the water heater had issues a week or so after it was serviced. Additionally, we were told that the rods were dirty and not corroded. We were told that we were all set and no mention of any other damage/rod replacement was mentioned.

We used John's Plumbing for several projects recently and in the past. Most recently we needed a filter system to take the Iron out of our well water. Jason Barnes diagnosed what we needed and then installed the filter system in a quick and efficient manner. It made a huge difference in our water. Also, we needed some electrical work at our well house which John's Plumbing was able to handle it with their own crew as well. David Murphy was very responsive helping us work through the details.
In addition to the work for our well house I needed power to two more buildings on our property. Tim Stalvey led a crew that came in and took on all three projects! He and his team were very professional and customer oriented! I had tried some other local electrical companies and they couldn't take on the entire project. We were very pleased with the finished product, and how professional and efficient everyone was! It was a pleasure working with everyone at John's Plumbing!

I called and explained that I needed to have a new toilet flange installed and have the toilet installed. I also wanted a new sink plumed in. The tech did not arrive until 2 pm. I showed him the toilet and the sink. I explained that the plumbing needed to be re-routed because one of the drawers was bumping the old plumbing. His response was " what would you like me to do about that?
Then he told me to "notch out the drawer to fit around the plumbing. It turns out that I paid 90 some dollars to be told that they could not even start the work today. Not happy at all.

Our AC went out at 10:30 on a Friday night. I called John's after hours, their emergency fee is $139.99 + repairs. Rich arrived in about an hour and was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain his work and teach me about the capacitor while he replaced it in no time. I highly recommend the company and compliment Rich.

I had someone come out from Johns heating & air to look at my AC unit as to why it wasn't wanting to work good I stated that the fan would stop working at times and get hot in my house. When the man arrives he goes and checks the unit and says that it needs refrigerant okay so he adds refrigerant and let me tell you it cost me almost $400 for that to be done and says it need cleaning as well and the price for both of them would be over $500 I said just put the refrigerant in it well some days go by and my system still isn't working so I call A different AC repair place to come out for them to tell me my system has failed and that Johns heating & air should have seen that there was A hard start kit on it from the previous owners of the house.
With that being said Johns heating & air should have did proper test to figure out what was wrong with it not going down the list trying to make me pay for everything until they found the real problem. So I will never use them again they sure took almost $400 from me to add refrigerant into A failed system.

We used them on a weekend and paid the additional monies for emergency service. We messaged them on Saturday and they showed up at about 7:15pm on Sunday. They told me it was an electrical problem and asked for $149, which I paid, and told me they have one electrician and he did not have anything in the morning and he would have him come out. After hearing nothing by noon I messaged them through the website and spoke to Danielle and explained everything you have read above and explained that I did not feel like I have gotten emergency service for their emergency fee.
She said she would try to get the electrician to call me. By this time I was starting to see a pattern so I made a couple of phone calls and had a different electrician on the way, which he took 30 minutes to fix my problem. I did eventually get a phone call from their electrician at about 2:30 telling me he would be a bit longer. I did inform him that I was good and he did not need to come.
I will say that all of the people that I spoke to at Johns were nice, but I feel they need to look at their idea of emergency service and what it should mean to them and their customers. I paid $149 for a key chain, ink pen and a magnet clip for my refrigerator along with two guys telling me I was right that there was no power on my hot water heater. I will cherish the pen and clip. the key chain isn't good quality.
