Great experience! Chris was super. He explained everything carefully, answered all our questions, and worked extremely hard to complete an extensive amount of work. His thoroughness and excellent skill were impressive. I am thrilled with the service and work by Go-Green Plumbing and feel like I finally have a plumbing service that is trustworthy and super competent. Very appreciative!

Three plumbers later (the previous 2 plumbers NOT affiliated with Go Green) and my leak is finally fixed! Our visit started off with discussing What I need it done and what I might potentially want to get done. During the review and evaluation of my list, we discovered some other potential problems and discussed what would be required to address those.

After evaluating he gave me the options and the associated prices. I did not feel pushed into choosing higher-priced options/more work. I felt that he helped me talk through these, and counseled me into making the best decision for what was imperative to do today. In the journey of fixing my problem, he uncovered and pointed out the problem the previous two plumbers (again, not affiliated with Go Green) failed to address.

After explaining to me the issue, he address the problem, and thus successfully fixed it. I found Jonathan to not only be very thorough and meticulous, but also very personable and helpful; and I appreciate the time he took to explain my plumbing concerns, help me understand the problems and their solutions. I have more more work that needs doing, and I will request Jonathan to come back and work these future projects.

Evrything from the initial call to set the appointment to the final good bye was great! Our technician Mark, was professional and courteous throughout the whole visit. I appreciated the recommendations and the way he spoke with me, not "at" me. After listing his recommendations to us, we chose a couple and are really happy with the efficiency and quality of Mark and his assistant.

The shower and washer are running great! They were the epitome of polite and professional. We will definitely be using this service again as we plan for addressing other recommendations made today. I highly recommend Go Green!

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He talked me through everything that he did and made sure that I understood what he was doing and why it had to be done. He throughly inspected my complete plumbing system and addressed every potential issue not just my initial concern. Tim also offered me the family plan, which allowed me the opportunity to save on my services today and in the future. He really went above and beyond to make this a 5 star experience for me and should I have any issues in the future, I will definitely give Tim and Go Green a call!

Joe Miller, our technician, was a delight to work with and his report on issues involved in the job was detailed and easily understood, , and the options he presented allowed us to determine what best met our needs at this time. Chris F. provided excellent service and customer care during the repair of my plumbing washer system pipes. Chris listened patiently and explained everything thoroughly while also going above and beyond to ensure the discount the company I work for provides was applied. He did all of this before actually performing the job to make sure I understood all options.

Jonathan and Noe were wonderful reviewing my system after losing heat. Noe (in training) took his time to explain in great detail the issues with my system and did a wonderful job. Jonathan continued to ensure I was ready for the next steps moving forward with replacement of my system after having a bad experience. I have used Go Green before and never had a bad experience. The technician, Gino, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions & I was very satisfied at the end of his visit. In a world where I am finding it difficult to hire professional and competent people to do any kind of maintenance on my house, Go Green has surpassed all of our expectations. Josh and David did an excellent job installing our new water heater. They were efficient and knowledgeable. The job was finished on time. Also, beyond Josh and David's excellent work the entire process from first contact, scheduling and estimate was seamless and efficient.

Mark was professional and courteous. He quickly was able to locate the source of our plumbing stoppage and even waited with us until the city came to fix their portion to ensure the problem was completely fixed before he left. Will certainly be referring this business to people and will be using them in the future for any plumbing and HVAC needs.

They actually installed new system in in August. Today Stephen did winterizing of the system. Making sure that all was in top working condition. He was very thorough and I truly appreciate that. There was a new digital thermostat installed in August also and he took me through that to make sure that I was set for the winter. Thanks again Stephen

This was a consultation on replacing my water heater. Shane was on time, if not a few minutes early. I received a text with his picture before he arrived. First time user of this company. Excellent phone response, communications, and prompt service the same day. Dustin Brady was the technician and was excellent. He and his assistant Marco were at my home early, and worked diligently to evaluate, diagnose, and solve my complex hot water problem with my tankless system. Not only did they work on my hot water issue, they also offered recommendations on other plumbing issues, including work that I could complete myself. Overall, they were excellent and represented their company well. I'll be happy to have them back in my home should the need arise.

I found this company by googling best plumbers in Greensboro and trust me when I say it is true. Not only did they have the lowest service call around, but Josh was courteous, friendly, and committed to completing the job even though he was held up at another location.

Go Green Plumbing did a great job installing our new water heater. They were honest, affordable, and provided clean and excellent work. I recommend them without any hesitation!

Pete and Josh took care of us again! They did an amazing job about a month ago replacing hose bibs and piping for us in our house. Just this past week we had a pump go out in a townhouse we own, and once again, they came to the rescue.

We needed all of our outdoor hosebibs replaced due to old pipe ruptures. They (Pete and Josh) came and fixed all three, only needing to replace 2 of the 3 of the exterior spigot handle portions. They only replaced what needed to be replaced.

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, this would be the company to deserve it! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The work they have performed for us has been exceptional.

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable service! They had to replace all the pipes for two of my drains and they got it done in one afternoon. They, Pete and Josh, wore booties every time the entered the house and took them off when they left, leaving no mess behind.

While doing a master bathroom design, we had several quotes from local plumbers. Pete at Go Green Plumbing in Greensboro was by far the best quote we got. His prices competitive with all other quotes, however what made Go Green Plumbing different was the ideas, designs, concepts and new technology that I was not aware of.

Finally found a reliable, quality plumber. Pete and his team are very attentive, prompt and professional. We have had great service from Go Green and are very happy to partner with them on our jobs.

Wow, these guys are good. I called them on a weekend at 10pm, and they picked right up. It was the owner of the company no less. I explained the issue and he came on out. I know I have done this with other companies before and I usually get either an answering machine or a person saying well if it's not an extreme emergency we will be out in a few days.
