I can not tell you how wonderful the Edward's & Mills plumbers are! Beyond excellent customer service. I had an actively leaking toilet. Donnie with customer service was helpful and reassuring they would be able to come out to help me. The plumber showed up quickly. Diagnosis the problem and repaired it effectively. I felt their charges were fair and they provided me with an itemized bill. This is the way business should be done. Thank you. I have a new plumber for life!

Jim & Dusty were on time, professional and courteous. The pricing was fair and service was great!

Critical: Quality Fried extraction fan and gas valve due to not understanding how to properly wire the fan motor. Then had the cheek to charge almost 600$ for 2nd attempt with another 800$ of parts. That I paid for. Sorry wouldn't use again. Service: Water heater repair

The guys who worked on our house were capable and I have no complaints about their work. I also appreciate that Edwards & Mills got us into their schedule so quickly. So the four stars here are all coming from the folks who actually did the job. The bill was a shocker, though! $1,115 to run 15' of natural gas pipe is about 30% over a normal price that you would see from similar companies. So while the work was good, I didn't feel like the value was particularly strong.

I am a local medical professional and customer service is priority for me in treating my patients. I called this morning for servicing of my gas log fireplace. I was told by the representative answering the phone that I needed to take a picture of my gas log fireplace before someone would come out. Evidently, "their company only services one type of gas log fireplace and to avoid being charged $155/hour, I will need to text a picture to see if the one we have in home is one they service." I explained to the representative how inconveniencing this was, and then promptly called Eanes Heating & Air who agreed to service us today for $119 with no texting of pictures and who was much more confident in their services.

I will never call this company back or recommend them to family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues. They need to update their website to indicate the limitations of the type of gas log fireplaces they services and re-train their employees.

E&M repaired a shower downspout for me. These guys are efficient and know their stuff. I would call them for any plumbing need.

Very disappointed in recent communication and pricing from this company. After speaking with the owner of this company and several others for a grill project, we decided to go with this company because they receive glowing reviews on the next-door app and the owner assured us they were incredibly price competitive and worked fast. Our mistake After several missed opportunities to come to the house to either quote and or start the job (multiple missed chances), we finally received an estimate and a start date.

We believed it to be very high, however we trusted the reviews. And, we don't run gas lines for a living. And the owner gave us some explanations of expensive parts. When the techs arrived, we were told it was a hard fast price (we understood it to be an estimate, not a contract) i called to allow the owner a chance to make it right, however, he was very defensive and said that if we were to switch to labor and materials it may actually cost us more. Not great service. Not in line with the reviews on Next Door app. So disappointing. Ultimately we were charge $600 for 45 minutes worth of work. And no fancy parts needed.

The works was done on time and at a reasonable cost. Another plumbing contractor quoted the same job for more work than needed and other items inside the house at a higher cost than Edwards and Mills. Edwards and Mills did quality work and was very honest. All of the materials were on the truck and only did what was needed. We are on a fixed income and this is important. We recommend them as the best and they were given to us by PNG and a HVAC contractor as the "go to" plumber. We were not disappointed. Thank you Phil Edwards.

I am very pleased with the transition of my fireplaces (old coal fireplaces) to gas. As well, Phil was extremely helpful, and guided me through the process. And George and Jim were experts at the install. I really appreciate that by the end of it - I felt like I was being helped by family. Trustworthy folks and the real deal!

The service technicians are very nice But I feel like I was ripped off! Edwards and Mills labor cost is ridiculous! Lowes quoted me $$149.00 to install the gas dryer. Washer was to be installed free. Free delivery by Lowe's. At Edwards and Mills suggestion, I had them pick up Washer and gas dryer At Lowe's on Battleground. My bill. Whopping $512.00 and change. Technician repaired a commode that they had previously worked on with same issue and previously charged me a month ago, and took out a dishwasher that I gave to them that was still operational.

My fault, I did not ask for a quote. I just thought it would be competive rate. Boy! I was wrong and feel totally ripped off. I could never recommend Edwards and Mills I will never call them for anything in the future. Please don't make the same mistake I made. Ask for an estimate of cost before you get them to do work for you. My bill. 2 men $140.00 per hr $280. Also sent a 3rd person Stanley to break down the boxes from the appliances. Stanley $105.00 per hr $210.00 plus tax. Wow! Can't believe they would do this!

I used Edwards and Mills and was impressed with their excellent service. When I called into their business they showed concern, taking the time to share necessary steps, for me to avoid electrical shock. They gave me a quote and even came in bad weather. My laundry appliances as well as my water heater were standing in water. My water heater had 'expired', ruptured, and had leaked water onto my downstairs.

My carpet was soaked, risking damage to my furniture, etc., so this was an urgent call for me. It was my first time using this company and I was pleased with the fact that they were considerate and prompt. They were true to the price they quoted and were kind and personable. I will definitely use them again!

I had two gentlemen come and inspect my garbage disposal - they said it was broken and needed to be replaced. They were there for 5 minutes, shoved a screwdriver down my sink and charged me $120. A week later I had someone come via my home warranty company, who immediately reached behind the disposal and hit the reset button I didn't know existed.
