Excellent customer service. Electrician came in the afternoon as I requested. The electrician replaced a circuit breaker and repaired a damaged wire. He cleaned the working area before leaving.

The lady and older guy who handle the scheduling are very straightforward, if not a little grumpy. However, the actual electrician who came out was nice enough and seemed to know what he was doing. He did a nice job installing some lights and cleaned up when he was done.

Tried to get them to come and give me a quote on a job, all they wanted to do was charge me 95.00/hr. Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some begging he asks.
