DiamondBack Pool Service & Repair

Our family has been with this pool company for almost a year now. And we don't think this is a very good pool company because our pool guy doesn't seem to take care of our pool. Our pool is turning green and we feel as if this pool company could care less. The way they treat there customers is unexpetable and they don't care for the needs of the customer.

They don't seem to vacuum the pool if bottom of the pool is dirty, they rather scoop all the dirt out of it with the pool the skimmer net. And Leave the pool half dirty because they are on a time limit. In our opinion it's rude if you are not doing your job. Then why is this your place of business. If the owner of this company would like to come take a look at our pool techs work. We invite him out to our home to take a look. We are contacting our real estate management to file a former complaint.

Ryan was super. He responded timely, identified and fixed pool leak. Prices quoted were reasonable and comparable to other companies contacted. Additionally, he was very professional, explained both projects thoroughly, completed as quoted, and cleaned up after completion. Have already recommended him to a friend. Additionally, he answered any and all questions, even some not related to the service I contracted (such as explaining how the filter works) and swept the pool. Kudos! Great job.

I have used Diamondback for three separate repairs to my pool/spa over the past year or so. Each time they showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue correctly the first time and for what they quoted. I couldn't be happier with their service. Lies and broken promises. I know this is a dramatic intro but felt it was only fitting given the service I received from Diamondbacks pool service. I chose this company because of their reviews and after a month of trying to get them to empty and fill my pool I can only assume that these reviews were written by family or friends or their service has declined greatly since.

Ryan was courteous, fast and ready to help.

He explained what was going on with the broken piping, what the fix would be and how to work with repairing the decking. Ryan was great to work with and I would highly recommend Diamondback Pools for your pool repair and leak finding needs!

If something is not exactly as we would like it, they come back and take care of if for free. This is one company that I always feel will treat me fairly, react in a timely manner, and price their services properly.

Bought variable speed pump online and had diamondback redo piping and install unit.on time and budget and did great job.also found previous pool service installed gas line not to code and was also changed.would recommend this company for repairs and service.

Exactly 29 days ago I called and spoke to a pleasant woman named Sherry and told her I needed my pool emptied and filled. She quoted me a fair price. She said because my house was built in the early 80's she would have to get approval from the city to drain the pool. She asked for my email and said she would email me 3 or so days when approved. 5 days later I called and she said she was sorry she didn't call me and said she would contact the city and call me the next day.

She asked for my email again. I gave it to her. 3 days later (notice the trend?) I called and asked what the latest was. She apologized again and said she would contact the city immediately and call me in an hour. 2 hours later I called her (again) and she said the city was on holiday but they're back open tomorrow and she will call me in the morning. "By the way, can I have your email address please?" I informed her this was the third time she asked for it and gave it to her.

I called her at 11am and she said she got ahold of the city and they would be their Monday at 7:30 with the pump to drain the pool. Finally! After making arrangements to be late to work, 7:30 came and went and I called Sherry at 8am to ask why no one showed. She made some excuses about the rain and the technicians hadn't come back with the pumps. She apologized up and down and said she would be there personaly at 7:30 - I am now writing this review at 8:59am after no one showed and they avoided my calls. I honestly felt like I was a beggar asking for handouts from this company then a paying customer. I hope you have better luck.

Overall it was a very good experience. From the time they called me to set up my appointment, to the time Chuck came and made the repairs, everything went well. I had 4 things on my list of repairs, motor, filter gauge, automatic filler, and a plumping leak.

Chuck thought they might not cover the gauge, but offered to call and double check, I'm glad I asked him to try. Diamondback Pools could have made it 5 Stars by. testing my water, asking who if anyone takes care of my pool, left a business card or sticker, and tried to earn my future business.

The reason I went with them is due to Aspen K. on Yelp. Her review is hidden, but addresses all the negative reviews on Yelp. I will request Diamondback Pools the next time I need a service call.

Ryan and the team at Diamondback Pools have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first time we spoke on the phone to our most recent transaction, I've always been treated honestly, fairly and professionally.
