They build BEAUTIFUL cabinets. Their cabinetry staff are very skilled, careful and do precise work. Since many of the items come from Germany, it does take awhile for project completion. They do indeed warranty their work - I had a very expensive barn door system custom built that had an issue. They re-built the whole thing, delivered and re-installed.
Most companies would avoid such an expensive warranty issue. I was VERY impressed. They are very good people. They are a local business with surely tight margins and lots of pressing deadlines, run by men.so yes.prepare to follow-up and call a lot to remind them about due dates, status and next steps. But if you understand that and accept it you will get an unbelievable product that is a fraction of the cost of other companies or a European manufacturer. And you will be so happy with the end product. I LOVE my walnut w/german engineered interiors cabinets!
