Aaron came out and addressed an issue we had with our HVAC. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and has hopefully fixed our issue with the unit freezing up. I also asked for a quote on a whole new system should the situation get to that point and he provided a very detailed breakdown with all of our options. Overall great first impression for this company.

I have been using another company for servicing my hvac system. However after lots of money and time and time.nothing was working. I called Miller's and they quickly put me on the schedule for the next day. The Morning of my appointment I received an email with the photograph of my technician Aaron. Aaron was professional and on time. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I Ultimately decided to replace my system however Aaron made sure that HVAC would work temporarily until the new unit could be installed!

I have to brag and say what a great decision I made having Millers come out to help diagnose my a/c! The original issue was the upstairs being significantly warmer than downstairs. I would freeze downstairs trying to cool the upstairs. The repair technician was amazing! He took the time to listen to what I had to say and really hear what I was saying.
He took a look at every aspect of the system to make sure it was running smoothly. And even after we thought he was done having made some adjustments, he took further time to listen when I mentioned the fan was acting up. I ended up having to get a new motor for the fan and the price was very reasonable, lower than I was expecting. Not once did I get the impression the tech was just trying to make money for the company.

We had a new heat pump package installed. I cannot say enough about the excellent installer we had Dillon Benson. This young man was very polite and courteous. He kept us well informed of what was going on and as far as we are concerned went above and beyond. He was at our house until 9 or 930 pm for two nights. I would highly recommend him for any installation needs.

I had two great guys work on my system over a couple day period. Had a thermostat put in on Monday and a part for heat and AC put in today by Jesse. Will from the office called and check on me and the process of install, he also answered some questions for me, very helpful. The ladies who set up the appointments and answered the phones are very professional as everyone was. Everything is fixed and I also signed up for a maintenance program to boot. Found out my Mom uses Miller also. Good group of people to deal with. Very pleased.
