Just was charged 267.00 for reducing my refrigerant levels. There was only an 8 degree difference between intake and output and it should be 15 to 20. Wasn't fixed. Was told to seal the bottom of my unit. 267.00 dollars to just remove refrigerant and not really fix anything seems pretty high. Not happy at all. just got taken for a ride. I requested them due to the high reviews that said they are a good company, but I literally have no idea what I paid for. At least seal the bottom of my unit. I literally paid 267.00 for a guy to reduce my refrigerant. Insane.

This is my second review of R A Styron after my third service call. I keep receiving the same level of service every time I need them. They are polite, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and efficient. The company has NEVER tried to overcharge me in any way and always offers fair pricing. The technician, Mr. Brooks is always on time and explains every step. I will keep R A Styron as my go to provider for quality HVAC servicing as I have for the last 9 years. Thank you R A Styron for quality service!

AC went out when temps were over 100 this past summer. The rep came out that same day of my call, I knew this was the best company for my needs. They were here on the second day with AC/Heating/Ducts. It was a full day's work for the crew. They were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. Mr. Styron was most understanding when unexpectantly the funds took a few days to arrive.

I must say I am impressed with this company AND have benefitted with a much lower electric and gas bill! I am now on a yearly maintenance program with Styron. You need to call them. Thank you Mr. Styron!

The most amazing company I've worked with in my time here. Our heat went out last night they got here early the next morning found the problem and fixed it right away! Nothing but polite and professional the entire time. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

Our Heating and Air gas pack unit went out yesterday morning. I was extremely concerned because I could smell an intense burning smell and thought our home was on fire. I had another company come out and look everything over and they stated the unit should be replaced and gave me a quote. I decided to get a second opinion and after 5pm on a Tuesday I called RA Styron based on a friends recommendation.

The on-call tech immediately gave my information to Ralph who decided he would come immediately to look things over and give me a quote (he was here way past normal business hours). He was concerned about my family and the freezing temps headed our way. My husband and I felt like the company had great standards so we immediately made the decision to move forward.

There was also a couple hundred dollar savings which was a bonus. Ralph sent an extremely professional and friendly team out the next morning and they arrived right on time at 9am and finished the job earlier than expected. The setup looks much nicer and we are 100% satisfied even considering we weren't expecting to spend that kind of money right before Christmas. I will call these guys again.

Spoke to a young lady that was unwilling to assist. I simply needed a quote to replace a part for my heat pump. Had model # and serial # in hand along with the part I needed replace and all she kept on saying was that they needed to come out here. Not willing to go the extra step over the phone so assuming not willing to go the extra step when working on your repair needs. Avoid this company.

We love our unit from the time they installed it. We saw a big difference in our utility bills. The savings have been impressive. When we first were on the market to replace our unit we talked with a number of their competitors. They proved to be much more knowledgeable

My ac went out last night, they were able to see me the same day I called, the techs were very helpful and friendly. They explained everything to me before and after. The price was reasonable and one of the cheaper service charges I found. Very happy with the entire experience! Thank you guys!

We have known the Styron family and used their services for over 26 years. Everyone has always been very polite, thorough, and professional. They have done many jobs over the years at our home. We use their spring/fall maintenance program to reduce problems throughout the year. They are a reliable, trustworthy, fair company.

A few years ago our system died on us in the middle of the scorching heat of the summer. After a day of calling around for estimates we decided to go ahead and let Styron's crew replace it. They we reasonably priced and had availability the very next day. We have had them out to maintain it ever since and had only one issue, which they promptly came out to repair under warranty. They have a life long customer with us and we refer them to friends and family whenever we can!

RA Styron has installed two units in our home. Their customer service has been responsive and reasonably priced. Everyone that we have dealt with, from the initial quote and installation, to subsequent repairs has been great. Our gas package unit needed a major repair which shut our heat off in January. They promptly ordered the parts in and the technician got the unit up and running in no time.

We have utilized other HVAC companies and the competitors' business practices and service do not compare favorably with RA Styron at all. We are satisfied customers and highly recommend RA Styron.

They were able to come out the same day i called but didn't have a way to give a receipt immediately and asked for me to give my credit card information over the telephone. A little sketchy. Also he didn't wear booties while in the house but neither did I! Told me i have less than a year left with my current ac. But overall fast, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will use them again!

RAStyron is an excellent company to deal with. Their techs are very capable, the office staff is friendly and their service is responsive. We've had them maintain our HVAC units for 3 years and today, they installed a new central AC for our second floor. The job was competitively priced and the house was spotless when they left. Mr Styron even stopped by to answer our venting concerns. Awesome contractor!
