Alex was great, he was on time, professional, and didn't mind me asking a lot of questions. What I liked was how thorough he was in performing maintenance, he stuck to the specs when explaining what went well and what went wrong with system diagnosis. We were very pleased with the service we received. We would have been without heat for more than one night but they were able to expedite the acquisition a required part to effect repairs. The technician was very professional and explained what he was doing. The secretary was sympathetic to our situation and worked to get us back in business. We are very appreciative.

These guys are GREAT! No pressure sales. They presented several great options and allowed us to discuss. We called them back and they worked INCREDIBLY HARD. Removing our old system from a 4th story attic and installing the new system. When we had a slight hiccup with our new system they were here in the blink of an eye to correct the issue and get the thing running in tip top shape! Couldn't be happier with Advantage!

We had Advantage services come out and they were simply a pleasure to work with. It started off with the call to the office, their customer service was impeccable and prompt they were very easy to set us up with an appointment. When our technician Alex arrived to the house he was very professional, knowledgeable and did not mind explaining to us exactly what he was doing.
Because of his knowledge and experience he recommended some great advice and we ended up enrolling into their annual maintenance program. This company Will not disappoint. I will not recommend anyone else to my family this company is top notch.

Marvin was excellent! Second time he's been here. He is thorough, knowledgeable, a hard worker and was patient enough to answer my numerous questions. Yesterday, we called Advantage Heating & Cooling and we had a tech (Mike) at our door less than 24 hours later. Mike was knowledgeable and most importantly, professional. Mike from Advantage did a through job with the needed repair to our heat pump. He was respectful of our property, answered every question I had (and there were many) patiently and completely so that I understood. He went further in his inspection of the equipment than any other service person that has come here in the past. Mike will be the service tech I will ask for in the future should the need arise and Advantage is now my new go to company for my heating and AC needs.

My tech ALEX arrived and explained what he was going to do also i could stay and watch or he would let me know when it was done. After the unit was repaired he did a complete check of the inside and outside unit always explaining what he was doing. I was very satisfied with everything that was done. ALEX was very professional, polite, answered my questions and made sure i was happy with Advantage Heating & Cooling. He is probably one of the best representatives of the company that they have. I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend them.
