We had two swamp coolers installed after they gave us a free estimate which was I might say much cheaper than anyone else we had a couple of small issues they immediately dispatched someone the next morning Jonathan came out super Friendly went up on the roof figured out what was going on fixed the issue i've always said if a job doesn't go perfect it's how you handle that situation that makes the difference between a good company and a bad company these people are awesome I wish there were more companies out there like them they care about the customer and they care about the job they've done Also they had the swamp coolers installed In one day I'd also like to say Adriana is awesome very friendly listens to the issues and takes care of the situation immediately all-around wonderful company

Out of the 6 years of living in vegas, this is the first time I've ever had someone come on time, even earlier than they had scheduled. Johnathan was absolutely amazing with his professionalism. He took the time to show and explain everything to us and we've already had other companies come out to do diagnostics a few days ago. Roman came in at the end to give us multiple options of what we could do to repair or replace our units with warranties and payment plan options. AC is expensive and essential here in Las Vegas but they definitely made this experience a lot less painful.

I called then in a panic after my AC/heating unit died and another company gave me a shockingly high quote and horrible financing option. Buenos Aires responded right away, was at my house within 45 minutes, explained what was wrong with my unit and my options, gave me a much more reasonable quote, worked with me to get affordable financing, and scheduled next day installation.
