CLIMATIC CONDITIONING is awesome! Responsive, prompt, professional! Amazing how quickly we got our AC up and going in a 911 situation. From the time of call to office coordinator Wendy and Tech Grey showing up and getting us back online was less than an hour. James performed maintenance on my fairly new Carrier unit. There were no issues. He even vacuumed the pull down grill which covers the filter. That's not always done in the past. I've done it but have to climb a ladder with vacuum in hand. Not easy. Good job. Services: Heating system maintenance, Cleaning

Service technician was here yesterday for my 6 month maintenance. He was excellent. He was on time, very courteous and professional. Patrick was professional, courteous, and reliable fixing our AC older units during the pandemic during which replacement parts are challenging to find. He has provided very useful information to us regarding our AC units and how to get the maximum usage out of them. The service here is fabulous! I contacted Climatic to do a semi-annual maintenance service on my HVAC, and I loved the whole process. What I admired the most was the honesty and professionalism of the people from this company. Bo and James arrived precisely at the scheduled time and were prepared to perform air conditioning and heating services. The technicians made it very smooth and hassle-free.
