Yadi in the office was very helpful, schedule my appointment same day, Marciano was able to fix the heater on the spot since he had the part in his truck. They did not try to sell me anything extra only mentioned to have my heater cleaned when possible. I was very pleased with their service.

STAY AWAY! They came to fix my AC. They told me it would be $79 to fix the burnt wire that was causing the problem. They showed up and fixed it but then gave me an invoice for $499. I refused to pay the $499 because I didn't approve that much.

I've been using Air One for abour 5 years now after my ac broke down and another 2 companies tried to sell me a new unit. I contacted Air One; my neighbor recomended them, they came over late in the evening the same day and fixed my unit on the spot for about 180.00; all my unit needed was a hard start kit. they have been taking care of me since.

I have been using Air One since 2004 and would not use anyone else. I have a maintenance program with them, had issues with my system a few times and they have always responded quickly, and have taken care of my systems. I have recommended them to friends, family and neighbors and have heard nothing but good things, this is a reliable & honest company.

Typical Story, My AC goes out and I call for repair. The lady that I spoke to on the phone said that the tech would be out today (9/11) between 8 AM and 1 PM and no specific time could be set. At 12:35 PM the Tech calls and asks me if it is raining.

New in town and I have found my A/C company! I've had a total of THREE other companies come to my home and they had all failed to fix my unit. Finally Air One sent a tech to me, he checked my unit, made a call and returned the next day leaving my unit working!
