I cannot say enough good things about this company! They came to our rescue on a Saturday and quickly fixed our water leak. Our technician, Rylan Kerce was so professional and knowledgeable as was his assistant that came with him (did not get his name). I love that this company sends a picture and a short bio of your technician prior to them coming. It is a small touch that goes a long way to make people feel at ease.

I had Austin come out to install a new bathtub water supply, replace the pee trap, and set the tub. He was on time and worked on everything I asked him to. We called Frank's about 3:30 on Good Friday just thinking we would have to set an appointment for the next week because of the holiday. They had a couple of guys Austin and his helper Isaiah coming through after finishing another job. They stopped by about 4:30 ran a snake and got us fixed up in no time. They did a great job and coming by on a holiday weekend we couldn't believe it. Austin and Isaiah were very friendly and went above and beyond to get us fixed up.

Jenson Taylor and his apprentice from Frank's Plumbing were very nice and very efficient in solving my plumbing nightmare. My bathtub and toilet were backed up.and they quickly and efficiently took care of the problem and recommended preventative measures so I wouldn't have to go through this again. This was a difficult situation. Jeremy and Zack were open to reading installation manual, kept me in the loop, we made the best decision given the circumstances and they continued with the re-installation of a free standing tub faucet. Handle is now accessible and faucet stable. All you can ask is good communications and work done with perfection in mind. Will definitely call them next time I need a plumber.

My parents had some serious leaks and Franks in Borger were quick to help. They didn't charge mileage to go to Pampa (another plumber in Amarillo was going to charge over $200 just to go look). They found another leak under the house and had to call out help from Amarillo, but still no mileage charge.

Every time I have had an issue with our heating system we have been able to get someone from Frank's out, even on the weekends (which for some reason seems to be when the heater goes out). They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest.
