This was the second time I've used Kenn with Accent Roofing. He took care of me 14 years ago and he did a great job recently after a big hail storm damaged my roof. It was great to be able to call the same number I called 14 years ago to find that this roofing company was still in business and ready to help me. The communication was great and the passion for roofing materials and best practices was palpable.

They insisted on methods and materials that my insurance company did not want to pay for. Ken and Geneen went above and beyond providing documentation to justify the use of proper materials and methods. I got a much higher quality roof than what my builder slapped on my house. We've had recent rain, wind, hail, sleet and ice storms and we had zero roof issues. I highly recommend Accent Roofing for all roofing needs. I will be calling them again when I need a new roof!

Accent Roofing replaced my roof due to hail damage. Ken was awesome. He was extremely courteous and professional. He showed me exactly why the roof needed replacing and helped me work with my insurance company. I had Ken check out my roof prior years and he was very honest and told me then I did not need a new roof. This time I definitely did. His crew was very efficient.

They got the job done in one day and it looks fantastic. I found a small issue with a fascia board and gave him a call. It was NOT related to anything his crew had done but he fixed it anyway! The owner, Ken, is a very pleasant and professional individual. Our experience was fantastic. He responded to our inquiry for services in a very timely manner. He was able to dispatch his workman the next day. To our surprise (because of dealing with other companies), his workman was polite, professional, and very thorough. He and Ken provided an excellent explanation of the work that needed to be performed and even provided pictures of similar work that they have done (chimney cap replacement). Additionally, they were able to provide, at a good cost, repair until the cap can be replaced. We will definitely secure their service for all future roofing work. I highly recommend this company.

This company starts by saying things will all be on the straight and narrow. They upsell and state they will get your insurance to cover it. Once the additional work has been bid on and we received the bid and accepted it as "the terms". Then half way through the work, Ken and his wife increase thier financial demands. Next thing you know it is 8 months later and your house is an unpainted mess.

There are materials laying everywhere throughout the yard. That doesn't end things, no; halfway through they come in saying they need $2000 to $4000 more money. These people knew exactly how much we had to spend and knowingly left our house in a position of disaster and partial work complete. Now we have a notice of home liens and threats of a very suspect nature.

They obviously have done this before, they are good at it. They will "paperwork, and " contract" you to the breaking point. They will do this to you. Consider this your warning.

You explained everything in detail, there were no surprises, and you got the job done in one day while keeping our yard clean. Our upgraded roof really has curb appeal.

Kenn Brooks with Accent Roofing Company came out and inspected our roof on our home. The roof had hail damage that we were unaware of and helped us file a claim. He installed our roof and only for the insurance proceeds. He gave us free upgrades which really added to the overall curb appeal. He made the entire process very transparent and easy to go through.

One day my wife and I noticed that there was a roof shingle on our lawn. A few days later there was another, then another, and fast forward to a few unexpected storms and strong winds later, we realized that we had to do something or we would have no roof left! I had no idea what a new roof would cost, or what repairs cost, but I was bracing myself for the worst.

We recently had Accent Roofing Company put a roof on for us, not only did they do a good job, but Kenn practically handled all the paperwork for us! He was able to move the project along by keeping in close contact with our mortgage company. Ken was polite, expedient and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Accent Roofing Company!

Just run. Worst contractor I've dealt with. Did not complete the roof. Husband had to come in from out of town to seal the roof. I had to clean up all the mess and still finding nails all over. Was rude.

The owner Kenn Brooks will rip you off. We signed a contract for a specific amount, I gave him 50% upfront. He kept stalling and wouldn't start the job. Finally, he told me he would do it for double what he had bid in the contract.
