We've used Priority for at least 5 years now. Excellent service, helpful staff and always a good result. I'd highly recommend them. Their service contract agreement is great too - we have someone come out 2 x per year to check our AC and heating unit to ensure they are functioning properly. Great service!

A couple of weeks ago, our A/C did not come on in the morning. The breaker had tripped during the night. I re-set the breaker, and I called Priority Services. Despite their busy schedule, I had a service tech at the door in an hour. He checked out the unit, and found no problems. Everything is working fine. We have been with Priority Services for over 5 years.

Only reason I stuck with them was because I was in a contract for having only 1 great experience with them and that was when they used to come and do the twice a year inspections. (I had to start calling them and reminding them after awhile). They said that their emergency line is always answered and that the customer with the contract will be put ahead of the rest of the customers.
