Had a leak from one of our outside faucets, so we needed to turn off the main water supply. Called Yes & they couldn't give a price over the phone. So tech came out and charged $966 dollars to replace two outside hose bibs & vacuum breakers. My wife was there it took about 30 minutes to finish the entire job. We felt like this was price gouging, so we called several plumbers afterward, and they all quoted around $165-$220 per hose bib. If your looking for fair pricing, please look elsewhere.

I usually write yelp reviews with my busy schedule when I feel it will help future customers doing their search for a reputable and reliable company. I contracted YES! Air Conditioning and Plumbing for my HVAC system--a 5 ton and a 3 ton 4 star performance Carrier--the best HVAC system on the market. Both systems were completely installed beginning at 7:30 and finished by 11:30 this morning! I'm so happy to have an air conditioning working today. Las Vegas will be 103 degrees today and 106 degrees tomorrow.
Thank you Steve Gumber and Mark for making this happen! The efficiency of your crew and their quick response to my requests were fantastic. The installation proposal was thoroughly provided. Steve was very informative and gave us many options to choose. We were able to decide what suit us. There were up to 7 crew members working here today! Preparation, installation of the two separate systems, and clean up were professionally completed. Even Home Depot endorses this company for their service!

Well, it took me a bit to get to this review, but with the absolute poor service I think it is necessary. Went through Angi's list and Yes Plumbing called to hook up our ice maker for a brand new refrigerator. In the process, they dented the front door. Long story short, it took Yes over 2 months to get us a repair check and we had to pay for the repair estimate up front!
The part that really burns me is not only did they deduct the full amount of the initial repair, but they took it out of the damaged refrigerator payment. Pretty sure that is not allowed by law. Shame on YES and why are they even on Angie's List with 2 stars on Yelp? Obviously, I am not the only one that has had issues with YES.

I called to have a water softener installed. I already purchased the water softener and just needed installation. The person in the office told me that a technician needs to come out to give me an estimate, and that it would be $49 for this estimate. When the technician got out there, he said the price is in a book that they carry around. He walked into my garage, opened the book and wrote down the estimate! He didn't even look at anything! I was charged $49 for someone to read a number in a book. Total rip off! Say "no" to Yes! Air Conditioning and Plumbing.

Critical: Quality, Value This company tried to charge me $900.00 to take out old faucet and put in new one. Said I needed new valves under sink. 2 hrs later my son in law came over inspected the valves nothing wrong with them. He removed old faucet and installed new one no issues. Very unfair price tactics paid the $49.00 call out. And sent guy on his way

I finally called YES after dealing with many unscrupulous, "fly by night" companies in Las Vegas. I knew they were not the cheapest but wanted a legit company for a whole new HVAC system install. Their price was a couple thousand bucks higher but they provide a superior product (Carrier) and they were on time, quick and professional. A year later, I called for routine service and my tech (Cris Wang) discovered an important problem that the installation team had neglected the year before. he called his supervisor and therepair was authorized. Cris returned a few days later at the appointed time and completed the job. So far. so good. At least I feel confident that if I call them. they will respond. Many call companies won't even do that.

My Fan Motor appeared broke ad it was very loud! However, Robert let me know it might be ok and he replace some other stuff first, such as the capacitor. He also provided me quote to repair the motor for down the road in case if it does break. The price YES charged me for what they did seemed high but then again all labor work is expensive these days, even driving around in that big van of theirs must be very expensive due to high gas prices. Therefore, at the end of the day, the repair price seemed fair to me The YES guy Robert was very professional and courteous.
This is my 2nd time dealing with YES and they were great both times. 7 years ago, I bought my HVAC system from YES. I am dissappointed that the unit I bought broke after 7 years, but that is NOT YES' fault. Also, I have heard that it is not uncommon for something like an AC Blower to malfunction after 7 years.

I didn't want to write this review, but other people need to be warned. I hired Yes plumbing and ac to install a tankless water heater. There were problems from the beginning. The technician didn't show up on time. I was home all day waiting and they showed up in the afternoon, then left. I had to take 3 days off work for them to complete the job.
The piping was not able to go through the dry wall as promised. They put the pipes on the outside of the wall and it looks terrible. Then they used insulation which is falling off the wall. They said I'd get a letter from the city to get the inspection done. I didn't get it. I called and they said to wait. I called again and they said they'd take care of it. Well, finally after weeks of having the temporary gas line on the floor where it could be tripped on, the city inspector came out and WE FAILED THE INSPECITION!
The inspector said they claimed they installed copper lines and black iron lines. The inspector said that was a lie. He failed it stating the copper and iron were not installed. Instead it was pvc pipe. After calling to tell them that we failed, they said they'd get back to me. I haven't heard anything. BEWARE! MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Let's talk about Mike and the way he tried to bully my 84-year-old mother into buying a $2300 package to install a water heater. He didn't even start with the small stuff, he went right for the 'four-star' package. $2225. Luckily my mom is a little smarter than Mike gave her credit for because she sent him packing. Senior abuse in pricing.
This happened in Sun City. Lowes recommended them, saying that they would give seniors 20% off. Mike never mentioned this. No to Yes! Also, my mom got a better quote for the installation of the water heater. It gets installed on Monday.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS COMPANY IS! A TOTAL RIPOFF! I LITERALLY needed them to tighten ONE bolt under my sink. No leak.no clog.no nothing.my faucet just got loose. I just couldn't get under the sink because I have a bad back. When I booked my appointment, I told them my friend got me a $100 gift certificate for them to fix it. The lady said no problem.
The guy came out and looked at it for 5 minutes.not exaggerating at all. He then wrote up the estimate. It was $166. He said " I know you have a certificate for $50, so you just have to pay $116." I told him my gift certificate was for $100 and he said " I've never seen one for $100.can I see it?" I handed it to him. He said "I'm going to need to call my boss." I said "Are you telling me that you are charging me $166 to tighten one bolt?!" He looked at me and said "Yes.that is the price." I told him never mind and I would never pay anyone $166 to tighten a damn bolt." He said ok and left.
This company is a complete scam! Hence the 2 star YELP rating. I was looking for a TRUSTWORTHY company that I could sign up with for preventative maintenance.they lost a very good customer.and a lot more when I tell others how they are BIG RIPOFFS! **"BUSINESS MANAGER" that answered my review. I did talk to your quality assurance manager Sandra.and she told me the technicians boss would be calling me.but no surprise.he did NOT call me.

I hired Yes! because they were recommended by Home Depot. I had them replace my complete HVAC system (two air conditioning units and furnaces) for my home in addition to the hot water heater. They are not the cheapest in town, but the Home Depot offered 24 months of 0% financing. The HVAC parts are covered by a 10 year warranty and Yes! offered a 3 year labor warranty. Also, I hired Yes! because I wanted a company that had been around for some time after so many small businesses went out of business during the Covid lockdown.
According to their website, they have been in business for 50 years since 1971 (BTW, 1971 was a great year). I signed a contract with Sandro on a Tuesday and the crew showed up on Wednesday to install two 3 ton 14 SEER Carrier units and 2 furnaces. The crew arrived at 8am sharp and were finished around about 11am. Later that evening, the plumber showed up with the sale representative.
The plumber was done installing the new hot water heater in about 1.5 hours. Talk about excellent service. I hope that I will receive excellent service from this company going forward as I was planning to keep their maintenance contract to prolong the life of my HVAC system as well as the hot water heater. Hopefully, if I keep the maintenance on everything up to date, it will be another 11+ years before I have to replace it all again. Honestly, I'm really shocked by the 2 star rating on Yelp because I received excellent service on the installation of my HVAC system and hot water. Plus, I see 4+ star reviews on Google and HomeAdvisor.

They came out yesterday to install a water heater. Not only were they on time they were early! Two very nice gentlemen came to look at the work. I wish I would have got their names but you probably look it up in your records. Anyway the one guy was the one giving the price quote while the other guy was the one to do the labor. Both professional, cleaned up after the install, took old tank away all in about two hours. They exceeded expectations on all levels. Probably not the cheapest in town but to have them show up early and do such a good job was worth it to me.

Referred thru Lowes and will follow up with my feedback. Yes! Air Conditioning called me at 10:30am to schedule an appt to look at my AC. The guy I spoke to said someone was on their way. It's now 12:30pm and nobody is here. So I called the same number back and they had no record of my appointment and the woman I spoke to said that without that, there's nobody dispatched to my home.
She only showed my contact info. But that was it. Super disappointed. I moved 2 meetings to accommodate a visit today. In comparison, when I made an appointment with the company that Costco uses (Sierra), they showed up when they said they would. Now I see why Yes! only has 2 stars with 500 reviews. Makes sense.

I had a sink line start leaking on Saturday afternoon and of course the handle to turn it off broke when I tried to turn it off. I called Yes and was given an estimated arrival time of 2 hours. Antonio not only showed up before the promised arrival time, he replaced the bad line and the hot water line for the same sink all before the arrival time originally promised. Antonio was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely ask for him when I preventatively replace the lines for the other sinks in my house

Tried to sell me a VERY BIG job I did not need. Accepted their offer to have my 2 AC units and 2 furnaces inspected for a little over $200. After about an hour, I was informed by the technician (or salesman) that ALL 4 of my units (in a house less than 5 years old) needed to be replaced for various "serious" reasons. Was handed a quote for over $31K, but was offered a small discount if I could make a decision on the spot. Needless to say, I got a second opinion.
Another more reputable company came for no charge to offer a second opinion - verdict was NO replacement and NO repairs were needed! After contacting Yes and being required to supply them some documentation, I eventually got my inspection fee refunded, but no follow-up as to what happened to the guy who tried to sell me a job I did not need. Because of their questionable "inspection" and poor customer service, Yes lost a very long time customer. BEWARE of any quotes for big jobs that you might not need. ALWAYS get a second opinion.

Rich J. performed back to back HVAC maintenance for myself and at my mother's home recently. So. In terms of professionalism and system knowledge, I can imagine there are too many out there any better! He made a special point to ask about any concerns, and also explained several things about my HVAC system I wasn't aware of. He took his time cleaning the units and was very respectful of my home, covering the his shoes when inside. I will ask for Rich's professional service annually!

Wow! What a wonderful and helpful experience during a stressful time. The Las Vegas team answered my call quickly and professionally, they sent out service techs to look into an issue I had a hard time describing. Techs arrived within 20 minutes to troubleshoot a leaking toilet. After they found the issue, it was repaired within another 15 minutes. With this service, their price was very fair and I'd be thrilled to refer them to my friends, family, and work colleagues!

This company is a huge rip off, if you're looking for a solid company to help you ease your mind, THIS IS NOT IT! look elsewhere. Literally wasted my time and took a fee for doing it. Toilet handle literally a handle that cost $4.00 and 5 minutes to install they wanted almost $200 for the repair. haha robbery. Their prices are the highest I've ever seen and for god sake please book someone who can give you some honest service and value for your money. By the way to give you some insight on the price toilet rebuild is close to $600. $50 for them to come out just to overprice you,

WARNING! DO NOT USE! After just having an inspection done on a condo we bought for my mother the heat wasn't working right after moving in. We had YES Air conditioning and plumbing come out and quote $2,900 for a list of things wrong with not only the heater, but the Air conditioning unit as well. Didn't seem right since we just had an inspection, so we called Desire Temperature from a referral from our real estate agent. Turns out the line just needed to be bleed from sitting so long and a wire was disconnected.
After reviewing YES's yelp page, I'm convinced they removed the wire after reading other cases like that. Literally every thing that the YES technician said was wrong, wasn't. So dishonest it's sickening. I attached pictures of both work orders.

VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS! They charged me 1200, saying I needed to clean my ducts.later I find out the average price is 150-200 for the same service. Suspiciously, after they clean the ducts my toilet starts acting up. They say it's 784 to repair it including a new toilet. I call up an HONEST handyman, toilet is working again and it cost 150. This business is EXPLOITING (taking unfair advantage) their customers. I will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE!

I really need to send out a warning that use this company to be very very careful when they inform you that you need a major repair. I was recently experiencing problems with my furnace in my Silverado Ranch home. The furnace would keep kicking off after running for a minute or so and then not turn on at all. I called Yes and they sent a repair man out.
He seemed very nice and went into my attic. After between 5-10 minutes up there he comes downstairs and tells me that I have "major issues". He started rattling off all of these problems (heat exchanger etc. etc.) and tells me that it would cost more to repair the furnace than to replace it. He then miraculously immediately pulls out a brochure to tell me that I need a brand new "5 ton unit" for the price of $8900.
While I was of course beyond skeptical. I told him I would think about it. He told me that the furnace wouldn't work and that it likely would never turn on again but lucky for me, they were offering "no interest for two years, can come back today to have it installed and it will be installed by the end of the day etc. etc. etc." He then wanted a 79 "service fee" (for literally showing up for 10 minutes and conducting a sales pitch.
I paid him and he left (was literally out my door within 15 minutes of when he showed up). Well, long story short, I called another furnace person. They showed up and went in the attic and "cleaned the flame sensor". This took about 20 minutes all in and the furnace has been running perfectly since. So the moral of this story is before you use Yes plumbing and heating and they tell you you need some type of expensive repair, absolutely get a second opinion.
I could literally have been taken for $8909. as it is I was taking for the $79 service fee when he did absolutely nothing but try to Belk me out of $8900 I actually cringe when I think about this "Technician" (actually high pressure salesman) taking advantage some senior that doesn't know better. Buyer beware.

Yes plumbing was on the list of providers to service my Renai tankless hot water heaters so I called them to get a bid to service or replace the systems. Their price was quoted at nearly $10,000. I called another company for a second bid. The second bidder replaced the two Rinnai tankless hot water heaters with updated versions for $3500 including the materials!
Yes plumbing is a company that takes advantage of the situation. They thought the water heaters did not work so they gave a price that was astronomical. Unfortunately for them the water heaters still worked I was only looking to have them serviced. I had time to get another contractor and they did a outstanding job. I noticed when Yes plumbing inspected both hot water heaters they had to take the front covers off to look at what model they were when they replaced the panels they did not even replace all of the screws.
Yes plumbing is a shoddy company that lost my business and respect! Take the time to call someone else to compare their price you will not be disappointed and you will save a ton of money if you take the time to shop their price. They reply with a canned apology that is a form letter. The concern is not genuine and only meant to deter readers from taking the review seriously

If I could rate in the negative I would. My story; Had a gas water heater not heating water even though the tank was on. Had "Yes" come out to tell me what's wrong and maybe repair the damage. When he arrived I told him the symptoms and what I thought. All he did was look (not even touch) the tank and say " you will need a new tank". When I asked if it was the dip tube all he did was show me how much to repair that.
Naturally I refused his suggestions (and just as well) because when the second company came the guy did everything including crawl by under the house where he discovered a leak. It was that leak and nothing to do with my heater which was the issue. This useless pile of garbage from "Yes" would of had me pay 3k for something that wouldn't of changed anything.

I purchased a Home Maintenance Plan in Jan. 2021. YES agreed to come out ever so often and perform inspections of my new HVAC and old plumbing. They performed the first couple inspections with acceptable performance, but today was unacceptable. YES called me in Nov. and scheduled an inspection for Dec. 7th between 10 and 12. They called a couple days before the scheduled date and rescheduled for Dec. 20th between 10 and 12.
They called a few days before that date and rescheduled for Dec. 28th between 10 and 12. WELL, they called around 11 am today and said I was the next one of the list for service. It's 7:42 PM and I haven't seen nor heard from YES since this morning. Too bad I already paid my $169 for the service plan.

Please be careful when they tell you that your house needs more repairs than what is needed. I was told my house needed to be repiped when I called them for a leak. They left all the holes exposed after the job was done. Now I have scorpions crawling into the house. I'm disappointed at how these people take advantage of others specially in these very very hard times.

During the worse part of last summer, one of two a/c was blowing heat instead of cool air, it got up to over 90 degrees inside the house around noon. I went searching online and found Home Depot offering estimates and repairs. Im a DIY type but I just needed their expertise to see exactly what is wrong and what need replacing. Few days later, Yes! came out and inspected the AC.
This guy was telling me, the fan is spinning in reverse and need to be replaced with a new condenser fan motor ($841), capacitor($320) and chem coil cleaning($401), total quote with Yes! Reward over $2524. Don't be fooled by this guys! There's nothing wrong with the fan and I know capacitor don't cost that much, having replaced one from my last home. I just replaced the capacitor ($35) and cleaned the coils (foam cleaner $7 at home depot). My AC has been working just fine all summer long, blowing cool air as expected.

I honestly can see why this company's ratings are so poor. I called and scheduled a apt. Of course 2 hours late. But I paid 200 dollars for a guy who said I need a new toilet and couldn't unclog my toilet it. Absolutely ridiculous. I had another guy come out fix it right away. And said u don't need a new toilet. This company and all these big plumbing company's are a joke anymore.

When I lived in Sun City Anthem, my husband and I had a Service Contract with Yes. It was an annual contract which we renewed year after year. The Service Contract included an annual heating system check at the start of winter; and annual AC check at the beginning of summer; priority scheduling when you have a problem; and a 20% discount off of parts and service.
They are expensive, so that discount brings the price paid down to what other companies charge BUT they showed up as scheduled and the plumbers and HVAC guys were clean, well groomed, polite and competent; therefore, we felt it was money well spent. And, back then, the office personnel were easy to work with. Every year, around the 11-month mark, someone would reach out to me to renew.
And I did. We left the country for a while, so haven't had a contract with Yes for six years. I think the ownership of Yes has changed since then. We are now in a different house. It's only 2.5 years old but, on 5 June 2021, we had Yes out for a problem which the Route Supervisor resolved within minutes. He didn't charge us which we, as retirees, greatly appreciated.
I inquired about an annual Service Contract. The price is the same as it was years ago: $169! It still includes an annual heating system check at the beginning of winter; an annual AC system check at the start of summer; 20% discount on parts and labor for actual repairs; ostensibly it includes priority scheduling over non-Contract holders; AND they've added a third annual check: the plumbing system. WOW!
I quickly signed up for that, with the intention of renewing it every year as the house gets older. I bought the Service Agreement in June. We had the AC check in July. When I spoke with Stacy in November to schedule the other two routine inspections, she asked me for my credit card number and insisted on charging me another $169 -- five months into a 12 month contract!
When I told my husband, he agreed that's wrong so I contacted their QA manager Sandra and she issued a credit to my AmEx card, saying that I am absolutely right that I shouldn't renew now. Since then, a man from their office and one of the two Techs have also tried to get me to pay them another $169 now because I've had my three annual inspections.
That is true BUT the other benefits do not expire until June 4, 2022. They all have the exact same spiel, the same explanation that Stacy used. That tells me that management has given them a script and directed them to push customers into renewing as soon as we've had our three inspections. This is an ethics issue. It reflects on the company's business ethics.
Business ethics are very important to me; therefore, I don't see myself renewing at the end of the Service Contract period (4 June 2022). Also, even though I was having an issue with a sink, my plumbing inspection got pushed back TWO WEEKS due to other jobs which tied up all of their plumbers apparently. So much for priority scheduling, huh? This place has changed so much that I have to think that it is under new ownership.

Purchased a $169.00 yearly program. Had them come to my home to do air duct cleaning and to change my furnace filters (which are in the garage ceiling). I then scheduled a plumbing appt which unfortunately, they called three times to reschedule. I understood bc mine was not an emergency. I then rescheduled them for plumbing repairs. I did receive a call stating that they were running late and they would be to my home in an hour or two. Again, I waited.
I then called their office, spoke with Jason who was unpleasant and said I had the wrong time for their appointment. I then waited several more hours with no call from anyone at YES. Then, I called their office again to cancel the appointment, and to request a refund of that yearly fee. The woman with whom I spoke said they would need to charge me the full fare for services if I cancel the program. Rather confrontational, I think. I am new to Las Vegas, and YES came highly recommended from some local friends. So, be careful using them.

We went to Lowes and they recommended a contractor to inspect our water heater. They lied and said we couldn't purchase through Lowes and we had to pay them over 4,300. I found it at Lowes for less than 1,400. That's quite a mark-up they got going there. They are scamming big time. Say "No!" To the Yes man!

This is the second review I am writing about Yes A/C. My first was about when they came out to repair the problem I was having, they got it working. As with all things installed in 1987 they do not last forever. Mine was no exception. It went. I called Yes to come to look at it and was told by the technicians Cris and Ellis the unit was in fact beyond repair. Having some, but not much knowledge I did not doubt their assessment.
As I mentioned in the first review I rent and do not own the home. They contacted my landlady and spoke with her about the problem and what they recommended. It wasn't a cheap fix, a new 4-ton a/c unit, and heat exchange. After speaking with Cris she authorized the installation of new units. Once authorized their crew brought the new units and proceeded to do the installation.
I much to their chagrin supervised the process, not really I just watched. As teamwork goes they have it down. Within a few hours, the new system was up and running and the old equipment was removed. They cleaned everything up after themselves leaving it cleaner than before they got there. I feel at ease knowing the new system is installed and do not have to worry about the safety of my family from a faulty system.
It may sound like overkill, but I have dealt with a lot of contractors in a past life and was impressed with them and their work ethic. I am sure there are a lot of fine A/C and heating contractors people have dealt with, but if I need to call someone it will be them. They haven't let me down yet. This is my opinion and means no slight to other contractors. Thanks, guys.

Yes was authorized by Lowes. I had looked into waterheaters before calling Lowes. We needed one now, since ours sprung a leak and we now had no hot water and a big mess. We cleaned up the mess and had an appt the next morning. Yes was responsive. Called within 30 mins of my call to Lowes. The installer showed up on time. I was concerned that I couldn't get a quote until they showed up.
We were on a morning flight out of town before their appt. My adult son was going to handle this for us. When we landed at our destination, I calles my son to see how the install was going. I was stunned to find out that the quote was over $4000. As I mentioned, I had checked out prices before calling Lowes. Waterheaters were $800-$1200. How could it possibly be $4000? It was too late to do anything now so we have a $4000 bill to go home to, not a fun way to start a vacation. These folks are ripping you off!

Buyers Beware! The business practices of Yes air conditioning and plumbing are very unethical. I Went through Lowe's to purchase a water heater and decided to have Lowe's provide a contractor to quote the install of the water heater. The water heater price at Lowe's range between $1,100 and $1,500 for the same brand and size for my home and Yes Plumbing quoted me a price of $4,500 installed!
The last time I received a quote from the same company is when I was having air conditioning problems at another house. The same company stated I needed a new AC unit at a cost of over $6000 and when I had another company come out and look at the unit it was a simple fix which only cost $300. Again, buyer beware! I would recommend staying away from this company.

Service provider went out to one of my properties to do an AC tuneup. They called me and advised they cannot doe to "exposed wiring." But, yet they still charged me. They also do not fix this issue. So, I had an electrician come out, and they laughed because the "exposed wiring" was not exposed at all. It was "rock dust" that had hardened on the wiring from moisture.
Nothing wrong with the wiring leading to the AC unit or its electrical source. Since I was charged and misdiagnosed, and the fact that they keep calling me to sell me other services, and based on the performance on the past two calls that I have had them out on, I will not use again.

I had a pipe burst in my house so with the insurance money, we bought a new water heater since ours had to be replaced. We bought the Rinnai one from Lowe's since it was on sale. A $2000 heater for $1300, couldn't go wrong! Come to find out that there are only authorized installation companies and Yes!, is one. So I asked for a quote. Guy comes I.
And says if we bought his tank, it's $8000 but since I'm providing my own, it will be $5000! WTH? 5k to install a water heater that cost me $1300? Still, I went with it because my wife wanted hot water for laundry, cooking and washing the dishes and baths. Guy comes to install it and I have to end up coaching the plumber on how to find studs in the wall before he uses the hole saw to drill out my walls!
Also had to show him how to patch the wall after he messed it up. Then I start looking online and come to find out that the NATIONAL average to install a tankless hot water heater is between $1200 and $2500! Yes DOUBLES the highest National average for what? Crappy service and people who don't know what they are doing! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and haven't! I even tried to call and get some of the money back due to the prices I found online, they essentially said piss off!

I called Yes! about one of my downstairs HVAC units not working. He checked out the unit and said I needed a new one to the tune of over $14,000, but that he could patch it up for about $4,100. I decided to think it over and called another company. They came within the hour and did not tell them about the previous estimate from Yes! After a few minutes of looking at the unit he said that the capacitor had gone out and that he had one on the truck. Fifteen minutes and $250 later it was blowing ice cold air again. ALWAYS get a second opinion.

Horrible people, especially a hasty and an incompetent "manager" there by the name, Sondra. Precisely, they "installed" a"new" A/C unit + a "new" furnace at $11,000 cash back in December 2019! And on July 14, while my wife & I are out of state, our Petsetter observed water leakage in the guest bathroom. To avoid flooding the whole house, I hired two hardworking men to stop the leakage, as "the Micky mouse" unit exploded due to very cheap parts! Please stay away! These are pure con artists! This place is an absolute joke. They installed a new unit for my mom 3 years ago. A year after she was getting so much dirt coming out of her air vents. They sent someone out and he checked over everything, no mentions of any issues but they offered a free duct cleaning( about the only decent thing this company has done) fast forward to now( another 2 years later ) and the ac completely dies.
She calls them and they inform her that to have someone come out and check her ac that it's going to cost her $80 and they offer her a maintenance package. She pays the $80 and the technician comes out to check. He writes her up an estimate for $10,000. Yes. You read that number right. Apparently according to the technician there is all sorts of things wrong including "failing" ducts and they all need replaced. So, if they need replaced why didn't they mention it two years earlier when they did the cleaning?!
Anything to get over on people and make money. Had another company come out and take a look, turns out the compressor is bad.which also seems ridiculous considering the unit is only 3 years old. If you want to save yourself a headache and money, do yourself a favor and go with another company. Stay away! Edited to add that we have called the "quality assurance manager" Sandra and left her a message. Still haven't heard back from her.

I requested HVAC service thru Home Depot in Pahrump and "YES" Air Conditioning and Plumbing responded quickly. I stated I had a small Freon leak as I could hear hissing and needed soldering and a recharge. The techs that came out were professional and I have nothing negative to say about them. However, they told me they could not quote this small repair (pinhole leak in copper line) without calling the main office as well as needing their permission to perform the repair.
The repair was "authorized" and I was quoted $1437 to solder the pinhole leak and recharge the unit with R22! I asked for an itemized repair quote and the tech said he was not "authorized" to provide as the main office sets the price? He did state they charged $500 for 2lbs of Freon and since my unit required 5 lbs, I would be charged for 6lbs! That is $1500 for Freon alone!
He said he would give me a break and charge me for a "recharge" which saved a bit of money. Researching the average cost for R22 Freon it ranges from $50 to $150 per pound including labor to perform this service. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM I have several Rental Properties and they could have had a cash paying customer. Lastly, shame on Home Depot for referring them.

I can see why they have only 2 stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. The only thing good about them is their advertising. To start with they gave us a 2 hour window between 12 and 2 and eventually showed up a few minutes before 5PM. The person identified himself as Jose was rude, arrogant, obnoxious and snotty. When he finished his 10 minute inspection he spent 15 minutes writing up an invoice and then said he would not be doing the work.
That after waiting 5 hours for a actual plumber. This place is all car salesman and hype. We can spend our money anywhere and will! Once again be warned; don't let them in your house or near your air conditioning unit because they are nothing but cons with an attitude!

They really have no idea what they are doing. I had a leak on my water softner. they said it was my water heater (3 year old heater bought from them) The installed a new heater which was under warranty. charged me $650 to install. and said the warranty did not cover installation.! There was still a leak there the next day. it was not the water heater at all it turned out to be the water softener right next to it.
The water softener repair man said I should have called them first. he said The YES people are just out to make money! 650 Dollars gone! For nothing! Do not call this company. You are forced to put up a one star minimum
