Called and made an appt for a small roof repair. The morning of the repair I got a call saying work from the previous day ran over, so they would not make it out to me. This frustrated me for several reason, 1) why couldn't they have called me that day to tell me and 2) I had taken off work to be there on that day for them to call that morning and tell me they wouldn't make it.

Had a sky light installed 5 years ago and this year it decided to leak. Called Kevin and he was out the next day to look at the problem. Decided what might be the cause of the leak and in the next few days a worker was there to install a baffle Hopefully this will do the trick.
