They came recommended by old friend/retired roofer. Called and made an appointment for estimate a week later between 9-12. Called that same day at 8am to confirm and was told by Brianna, yes Matthew would call me prior to coming and she couldn't tell me any closer than 9-12. I stayed put, sidelining several other jobs but when nobody came or called I called back and Brianna told me she had me down for between 12-3pm. No way to run a business.
