Over the last 30 years we have completed over 50,000 projects and have been recognized by the business community for its ethics and reputations. In 1993 we were awarded the small business of the year by Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and in 2000 by the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce with its small business of the year.

If you are reading this review, you have finally found the best roofing company you will ever use. I can't believe they don't have all 5 stars. I was referred to Right Way Roofing by a commercial developer who is known for the quality of his projects. It has been such a relief to find a reputable, skilled, definitely reasonably priced contractor in Albuquerque.
I wish they could do all the work that my house needs, but the roof has been a huge burden taken off me, due to their excellent and timely work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They told me honestly the ins and outs of flat roofs and what mine needed specifically, instead of selling me an overpriced silicone type roof which wouldn't have met my needs at all.
They then proceeded to do the work on time and according to specs with the highest quality workmanship. They fixed all the mistakes of previous contractors. I know I can count on them for years to come to maintain my roof. No more leaks!

They did a terrible job. First they left my entire garage covered in dirt & debris & never even warned that my might want to cover our stuff to keep it from being ruined. Less then a week after they put the new roof it started leaking very badly. It has since continued to leak when we get snow or rain. They also are taking no responsibility for any interior damage.
They act very unconcerned when we report a new leak. They told me well u have a warrant for 6yrs so just reach out when it leaks. In my opinion a new roof shld not continue to leak. Very disappointed & do not recommend this business.

They did a new roof for us & we had issues right out the gate. They never informed us that we shld cover our stuff in the garage because it was a risk of getting damaged. They left the entire inside of the garage covered in debris & 2in of thick residue of the old roof. Even after we brought it to their attention they never offered to come in & clean it or at least vacuum up the large debris.
Less then a wk after they finished the roof it started to leak very bad. It cause damage to the interior of the house (sheet rock, roof & ceiling damage). It has since continued to leak & all they cld say was well u have a 7yr warranty just call us when it leaks again. It now leaks almost every time it rains or snows. Which is quite often because we live near the foothills.
Our most recent leak had water pouring out of the light fixture in one of the bedrooms. When we reached out again to the company, they acted very cavalier as if it was not a priority. They initially said they wldnt be out till the following day to check the leak. I had to push the issue that it was an electrical issue & someone needed to come out immediately. I don't recommend this company for any thing.

The estimator was courteous and knowledgeable. Seems like a good company till you get their price quote. $1000 more than their nearest competitor using the same materials and methods ie shingles on a 33' long tuff shed roof for $4000. Their price for shingles is $100 more than the highest quote for propanel. I do not accept quotes that is a way to weasel money out of people.
A bid is the only way to go. This overinflated given to us has already been discounted for being a cash transaction. No insurance to overcharge for. This place has obviously began to trade on their own name at the premium of $1000 per job. I was also in construction at the industrial level as a journeyman electrician and know when a company begins to get this proud of themselves it's time to run the other way. $200 either way is understandable but $1000 on a job they quoted at $4000 is out of hand. That's a 25% overcharge from the nearest qualified competitor.
All the bids have been from licensed and insured roofers so the playing field is the same. Watch out for established companies that loose respect for the customer to the point of a 25% overcharge for the same goods and services as their competitors. Even their answer is overinflated and justifying their 25% gouge in price on a job this small is appalling.
The other thing that contractors also do is say no with their price which is a juvenile move for a company claiming to be such an established old stalwart. The estimator warned me that the owner does not like anything pitched too steep. As for my backyard where the shed is the roofer with work ethic, pride, and guts was able to back their truck rite up to the shed.
Like I said too big to take jobs. Cherry picking. Don't bother rite way if you have a tuff shed to put a roof on. If they can't handle that I would not want them near my house.

Rightway Roofing is 5s all the way around. From the estimator, to the office to the roofers to the the final inspection and followup, every person we came in contact with was professional. The job crew was clean and quiet (minus the hammering) and the final product looks fantastic. We are extremely pleased and we highly recommend Rightway Roofing!

Just had new roof put on by Right Way Roofing. Been using them for north of 15 years. Very happy with all aspects of the jobs they have done for me. Quality work. Knowledgeable and friendly job site managers. Fair price. Show up when they say they will. No quibbling over warranty work. They just took care of it. Office staff helpful and friendly on the phone. Overall, a quality company.

Great customer service! I sent an email over the weekend and was called on the very next Monday to schedule and appointment which was scheduled for that Tuesday. Jerry arrived promptly to look at my roof and the company provided a quote to me within 2 days. They followed up the next week to see if I had questions on the quote. I decided to hold off on having repairs completed at this time as it sounds like I do not need major repairs, but if I do have work done I will call this company for sure.

Here's an honest roofing company with reasonable prices. My first contact with Right Way was about a year and a half ago, when I was experiencing a leak over a window at my house which is a combination of tar/pebbles and shingles. Their estimator, Jerry, gave my roof a thorough inspection, then said, "I would love to sell you a roof, but you need to have your parapets worked on." This was after another roofing company had quoted a $6000 repair job and had not mentioned the parapets. So, I got a stucco company out, worked on the parapets and solved the problem.
At my recommendation, my elderly widowed neighbor called Right Way for a bid on a full roof replacement. Again, Jerry came out. Right Way got the job and the neighbor has been very pleased. She especially liked being treated so kindly. Most recently, I had a leak at my mom's house, which is a shingled pitched roof. My best efforts had failed to find the problem and fix the leak. Fearing at least a half-roof replacement, I called Right Way. Jerry came out and in ten minutes had located the problem, which required about a two hour repair.
The quote was WAY below what I had expected. Within a week, the repair crew arrived and did great work. Within 24 hours, we had a rain storm and it was obvious they got the repair done right. Paying that bill was the easiest check I have written in awhile. Highly recommended. Top notch service and won't try to sell you something you don't need. They do good work!

I had been delaying getting new roof, I had gotten an estimate from Right Way Roofing, but was really dreading the noise and the mess. I called in a panic after a rain storm, roof had leaked in my hallway and they were able to get to me two days later. The job I had dreaded so much was not bad at all. It took about 2 days maybe a little less and the crew cleaned up well from the job. The main person I dealt with also called a plumber out to see why my AC was not working when it was reconnected. I was pleased with the service, the job and the price.

Roof in 2010 when the roof was evaluated, there were hikes found in the plywood and it was indicated that before shingling, they would replace sheeting with holes. I returned from work at tender end of day and found that the underlayment was on, so I checked the places I knew needed plywood sheeting replaced, and found they had not fine that.
