I used AB Plumbing for services at my home and was always happy with their services which is why I suggested my finance to use them at his house. They went to his house to perform maintenance on two large Mastercools. James was very nice, friendly, and professional. It was raining pretty good that day and he continued to work diligently to finish the work which we greatly appreciated.

He did a great job overall and the only issue we had was one of the dampers was left in. We figured it out when the air was barely coming through the vents when we tried it out a couple days later. We informed the office and they made it right. Thank you AB Plumbing.

Art has been great to work with. Helped us identify and fix an issue American Leak Detection got completely wrong.

Extremely friendly and great customer service. Needed a quote for repairs after a home inspection and they were willing to work within a close deadline of 5 days to get us an estimate. We didn't end up using them for reasons not related to their business, but highly recommend based on their friendliness and dedication to customer service and timeliness in communication.

It was vital for me to obtain a high quality plumbing company that are experienced in gas conversion. I carefully interviewed several companies and I continued to look for the very best. It was at that time I found AB plumbing. Art owner of AB plumbing should up on time for us to discuss my conversion at my home. He explained in great detail and patience the process.

I knew from our initial visit that Art and his associates will be doing my conversion. The conversion went well and in time before the cold weather moved in. Along the way in the conversion we had to make some adjustments and Art assured me and kept me updated to make sure it will be taken care of. Of course this cant be done without a great staff.

Art and his crew were very professional, and also took time to discuss update me with the conversion. One of the best assists to AB plumbing is Rhonda at the office. You have a question on schedule times or to pass along a message Rhonda always came through. There's a lot of great plumbers to do this conversion but I think I got the best. Thank you Art!

This was part of my kitchen remodel so I did not pick the company, my contractor did. I did not have to wait around for Mike H. to show up. He was there on time, professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job as far as I was concerned. He installed everything and ran it to be sure it was working properly. The extra parts that I purchased were returned to me so I could get my money back. Even though some old parts were around he made sure I had new parts and connections so there would be no problems later. Thank you Mike H.

I'm a retired plumbing contractor and I could not have done a better job at a better price than AB Plumbing did with installing our water softener. These are the go-to guys for any plumbing job.

Switching from swamp cooler to AC after swamp cooler flooded our home. They came recommended by Paul Davis who was doing our restoration (would not use them again either for the build) and they assured us that they could get work in ceiling done right away so construction could proceed. 6 weeks later they had done nothing which put whole project way behind.

After they left, no communication for weeks on if unit was up and running (which it was not). Finally came back to complete job. Then after they left we realized they never switched swamp control panel with blank control panel even though they said they would and half the outlets in our kitchen were not working. They said nothing they did would cause that but when we looked in breaker box that was obviously a lie. Terrible customer service and total lack of communication. Use someone. anyone else!

Inspected and repaired three wall heaters as needed in a inherited older home. Tech was friendly and went about his work in a professional manner. There are two wall heaters that still need further attention and "next steps" were a little fuzzy. They are coming out to give me a solution and estimate next week.

Have used A B several times from complete remodel to service calls on AC. Do good quality work and prices are very reasonable. Have several rentals and always looking for quality and affordable service. On service calls haven't tried to run up unnecessary costs. Have never had problems with them showing up or doing what they promised. If I have any complaint it is they can be a little sloppy with stuff that hidden in the walls.

The worst plumbing company in ABQ. SINGLE WOMEN BEWARE! Had an Apt. scheduled since begin of September to fix a leak. AB came out on 3 separate occasions. NO SHOWED to their final 4 apt. to fix the original issue. 3rd apt. Art the owner said he would be out to completely fix the issue with the leak, TOOK THE DAY OFF and scheduled the water to be turn off with my condo's property management.

The morning of, I called they said they were busy and would not be able to come until between 3-5. 6pm came and still no AB. When I called to ask when they would be coming I was told "I don't know, they are busy." 3rd time, came out to repair leak but put the job off to turn on heat instead. Told me that my furnace would need to be replaced and that they do not make furnaces anymore so I would need to switch out my swamp cooler to central air. BS! 2nd time out, called because the leak that was scheduled for them to fix became worse and water was poring out of the wall on a Sunday at 10pm arrived at 12am.

I told the tech where the water shut off was ( in neighbor's garage) Instead of listening to me he begin going through upstairs rooms. My sister was in her room with both doors shut unaware that they had arrived and was changing. The tech without knocking entered into her room while she was naked stood there then walked out. She started screaming at him, he came down the stair and quickly capped the leak off and left.

The next day my sister called the office to have them document the incident as she felt very violated. The office woman told her that the tech was upset and it was her fault. My sister asked her to please remind her techs that when doors are closed to knock, she again was blamed for the incident. I called Art and he was very attentive to our concerns regarding what had happen to my sister and reassured me that he would personally work on our leak to keep us as customers.

So we had them out again giving this company the benefit of the doubt. BIG Mistake. If you are a single female be careful of this company. They have no respect for their client's time or privacy and will try to take advantage on more then a financial level.

I had extensive drain repairs recently done with A.B plumbing. Brian and his team were very professional and detailed during the entire job. Brian was extremely knowledgeable in his trade and caring about our property and outside shurbery. I HIGHLY recommend A.B plumbing to my family, friends and anyone for all their plumbing needs. AB plumbing did a major project, plumbing a new bathroom and laundry room and installing a tankless water heater. Art is very knowledgeable and is good at understanding and explaining all of the issues that arise, and offering good advice about the best way to proceed. He is also very flexible in adjusting some of the details as issues arise in the middle of the project. There remain some items that need to be finished but we are confident that Art will do those to our satisfaction. Excellent work.

We have usu AB Plumbing for about eight years. They are professional, courteous, realizable and have always done a superb job. They have installed refrigerated air, furnaces, water heater, res placed a water line. Always on time and reasonable cost. I have recommended them to friends and acquaintances

Service was good. Problem solved. Guy charged us for standing around gabbing time, lesson learned- lol- overall good service. Should the need arise, will most likely give them a call.

They fixed the issue I give them that. But not at a good price. Roto rooter would have been cheaper. My scheduled time was from 2-5. He should up after 5:30. 6:40 he gives me a bill for 3 hours of work. Got him to go down but he said he got there at 5 and it was almost 7. So was charged for 2 hours of work when at best maybe 1.5. So yes they will fix the issue but gouge you in the time. Just don't use them

We had AB Plumbing re-pipe our house due to polybutylene pipes starting to leak. Art and his team had the job done faster than they promised and the price was very reasonable for all of the work they had to do. They also took the time to make as few cuts into the drywall as possible which saves me money when having the drywall repaired. The city inspector gave a green tag on their work and had no issues during the inspection. AB Plumbing was honest, reliable and affordable and we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Would never recommend this company. I got the run around from Beto for about a month of playing phone tag with him. He never returned any of my phone calls and all i was left with was 4 holes in the wall and no initial diagnosis.

A.B. Plumbing is an excellent company! I recommend Mike to anybody who wants a seriousiously honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive worker to work at thier home. IN LESS THAN 8 HOURS, he installed my pellet stove and replaced ALL the water lines in my home.

Cannot speak to their plumbing services but their customer service was appalling. Called, scheduled a time for a plumber to come. They did not come at that time, nor did anyone call to say they would be delayed.

The prices are competitive. The Plumbers are knowledgeable. The Technicians need to be more experienced. The customer service is below average.

Michael showed at the appointed time to address some issues with our Noritz water heater. Very personable and professional, Michael set to work and also installed a flush kit. He was efficient, thorough and highly knowledgeable.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with A.B. Plumbing and their HVAC Tech, Michael. They have assisted me with a difficult situation caused by the prior homeowner using an unlicensed "handyman" instead of a licensed and experienced pro. Their entire company is highly professional, polite, and very considerate of their customer's time and pocketbook. I will continue to use A.B. Plumbing and recommend them to anyone who wants superior service at a fair price.
