Initial installation was decent. We had several posts that were not set very deep at all. The fence looked very nice, but we soon had issues. The first time the fence fell, they were very quick to respond and fixed it quickly. Now we have been waiting for 2 months to get someone to come out and fix the rest of the issues, but I can't even get them to answer their phone or return a call.
I'm creeping up on my 1 year workmanship warranty and I'm afraid they are ghosting me so they won't be liable for the warranty any more. I'd be very careful when using these folks.

The fence looks really nice. It was installed in a timely manner. However the underground line to my internet service was cut in the process causing a loss of service for 2 days. The price comparable to others with an added discount from the builders. Zach was nice and easy to talk to. He answered my questions throughly.

I am so happy with my cedar cap/trim and iron fence. Zach was easy to communicate with and very helpful through the process. Curtis and his guys were great and the fence is beautiful. We had a pretty large project for Vanhoose company. black chain length, some cedar privacy fence, and needed it done in a decent time because of my job title at home and the animals we have. After finishing the black chain length that accommodates my job, we then needed privacy fence for our dogs. My husband and I both kept messaging the owner. trying to figure out a start date for the "dogs fence", and he replies to my husband "just find someone else to do it because he was having trouble finding products." About 2 weeks after they should have finished this job, my husband has put a fence up himself and it took his vacation time to get it done. The job itself I'd give a 8/10. It came with.

I chose VHF because of the great reviews the company received here and on google. However, I did not have the same experience. I had a close to $7000.- project, which included 6 ft. clear coated cedar top cap panels on the north and south side and chain link on the west side of my property, metal posts and 2 gates. Initial communication with Mark. VanHoose was great.
His crew started and finished as promised. The fence looked great at first, but it was not clear coated yet. Clear coat was applied about two weeks after the fence was built. Not sure if this is normal, but ok. A week later, after a nightly rain/wind storm, I noticed that 5 out of 8 posts were coming out of the ground, causing.

I interacted with Zach F. the most out of anyone there. He was always very courteous, straight forward, and punctual with any concerns I had. Also returned any calls in a timely matter. As far as the company goes the were the fastest to respond to my needs for a quote. And had better deals then most the other companies around. Once the work was started it was completed within a few days. I will definitely refer them friends and family as well as use them for any future fencing needs. Thanks Guys!
