Superior Fence Construction

I was needing my fence extended past my bedroom windows on both sides of my house and I am extremely satisfied with the work that Superior Fence Construction did. The staff in the home office was a pleasure to work with and Tyler went out of his way to make sure that the fence installation was done correctly. I would strongly recommend using Superior Fence Construction in the future.

My home builder used this company to install fences on all of the new builds in the neighborhood. Within a month or two after installation I had pickets warping and nails backing out. I contacted them to come fix the issues and all they came out and did was slap one picket on the end of the fence where one had fallen off. They didn't even cut it to size to fit properly. I contacted them again and was told that the person that deals with the fences for my neighborhood would contact me. Months went by and I was never contacted.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness A 3 day job took over 8 days to complete. I had to make contact with them 98% of the time. Front desk ladies were great and tried to help, but Monte didn't stay on top of workers or project. Would not recommend this company unless you don't mind the lack of professionalism. No concern for customer time. No call no show appointment, no return call or email for the quote. Good to see company not need our money! Will spread the word.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Had a fence installed about a year ago. A month after the install I was unable to open our side gate due to it dragging the ground. 4-5 calls later I still can't get anyone out to my house to fix it. Don't use these people. This company is incredibly dishonest I would not recommend them. They were called out to simply do a repair on a fence that was less than two months old. Instead they chose to completely replace the fence and all the parts without getting my permission. My husband called many times to question the bill and the person who answered the phone didn't know anything about it. She kept telling us that she would have someone call us but no one ever did.

We needed to replace our old chain link fence and side gates with 6 ft wooden fence and gates. Superior made this transition for us and our large dogs seamless. Rachel, Tyler, Rick and their team were amazing to work with, responsive, honest, fast and did quality work. I am in love with how this looks! Just need to improve our grass to match the beautiful work they did! Thank you, Superior!

I just had around 200 ft of fence installed. The office staff kept me up to date about the scheduling even when the rain came I always knew my appointment time. The crew showed up and had the holes dug and almost concreted before I knew they were in the yard. They were professional and did an excellent job on the fence. It turned out beautiful. I would recommend them for their excellent workmanship and professionalism.

Tyler and the team at Superior were great. They came out several times before construction to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Our fence looks great. I would highly recommend their work.

They took forever to install! We had an iron fence installed with a sliding gate (no motor). They didn't put a locking latch on the sliding gate and left off several iron posts (about 20). They did NOT finish their job.

As others have expressed recently, this company does not do things in a timely manner. I used them for a job 1.5 yrs ago and that experience was fine. Reasonable time frame, workmanship and communication. This time around it has been nothing but frustration. It took 3 weeks to get someone to come out to measure for estimate. Another 3 weeks to get the estimate.

After I accepted the estimate, I heard nothing back. I contacted them 2 weeks later and they said they were working on figuring out a time. 3 weeks later nothing had been scheduled. I called to find out when they were coming and they told me they would be there that Friday. Friday comes and they call and say someone will be there Monday to set posts and come back Wednesday to install. Monday they come but no one shows up on Wednesday.

I call to find out why and I am told they will be there the next day. The do show up the next day and put the fence up. When I get a chance to inspect it, I notice they did not clean up at all - piles of dirt killing the grass, cement 6-12 inches up the posts, holes where the old posts were removed. I called to complain and was told they would come back to complete.

A week later, no one has come. Call to ask when they are coming and I am told next Monday. The only time there is any communication from this company is when I call. I would use someone else.

Superior bid a small fence repair job for me and I accepted their bid. Three weeks later, with the job still not done, storms came along and knocked down many fences in our region. Now Superior is ignoring me in favor of more lucrative jobs. You'd think that my being in line before the storms hit would make some difference, but no. It's all about integrity, folks - doing what you say you'll do. Six weeks after the bid, I told them to forget it - I'll do the job myself.
