I have hired F5 on more than one occasion. My backyard black vinyl fence was installed beautifully and in a timely manner. The cost was less than I had expected. I am very pleased with their work. I have read some of the negative reviews and I believe you have to consider the source on many occasions. I mean, who leaves a negative review on a free estimate?
You don't like the estimate then find someone else. I have found you usually get what you pay for. There are a lot of unhappy and negative people in this world who want to spread their venom. Also, I find a lot of those people hide under the guise of their religion. Just know not every negative review is a true reflection on the company.

The company left the job undone. Prior to doing the work, I confirmed both verbally and in text messages with the company that haul away of the old fence would be done as part of the job. They said yes, yet after 2 months still have not picked up the debris from the old fence. After they left the job site they continued to tell me that they were going to pick it up, but never did.
Now they are screening my calls and texts. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and a reminder of why it's important not to pay a contractor until the job is done.

We recently had Jesse come out and build us an electronic (solar) gate for our home/office. We're so pleased with the results. It looks beautiful. Jesse helped us keep the character of our home and our historic neighborhood with his design. With the gate we have wifi enabled access to open the gate for anyone when we're not at home. It's really neat. Highly recommend this company. Fair price and excellent design.
