Sky High Energy

This company is very shady. Go elsewhere to get a solar system for your home. They installed our system 4 years ago and it has stopped working. They have changed their address and phone numbers and are impossible to get in touch with to repair our system.

I went through Sky High last year for an install. The solar panels were installed properly and they are producing energy quite well. However, after many phone calls with their front desk worker(s), I have yet to receive a referral bonus from two families I referred. I have received many different excuses as to why. Hard to trust this company with this kind of follow through. I hope any warranty work will be a better experience if I have any. I have started referring business somewhere else here in Utah. Koji

This is the worst company ever. It sold to a "new"owner about 2015. New owner won't honor warranties. Try to call them. Only get an answering machine. Most of the time it is full and you can't leave a message. i have left messages for over 3 weeks. No response. No call back. Old owner says he cannot do anything. I would suggest NOT ever doing business with them.

If you have, call the Arizona and New Jersey Contractors division and file a complaint. I am going to sue them so if anyone else wants to, let me know. Dishonest and unethical

My experience with Skyhigh was horrible. They never answer their phones at the office. Nor do they return any of their calls. It has been 8 months and the solar panels are still not completed, . Keep calling them and all they do is make up stories. If you want solar I suggest not to go with Skyhigh. I t will be a nightmare com true. If you touch them you will get burned!

I will continue to talk about this response as I feel it was rude. When I spoke to him last I told him I would let him know when we made a decision. When you are talking about 30 thousand plus it takes time to research and weigh all the options. This response from Bill just confirmed we made the right choice to go else where since I believe this is the type of customer service/attitude we would receive going forward. All the other companies responded with "thank you anyway".

Communication was key for me in the process of getting my solar panels. Everything is installed and could not be happier!

I'm an ex employee summer of 2014, they use cheap installation materials, they are cheapskates, they hire people like a sweat shop with no experience, they cannot seal a roof from leaking, they pay 3 per watt to install there jobs when they cannot even get the job materials correct the first time, management is beyond disorganized. I wouldn't recommend sky HIGH energy, sorry I'm just telling the truth

We have had our solar panels on our roof for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier with our decision. The team at Sky High Energy was very professional and our install was done in a very timely manner. Our neighbor has recently gone with Sky High Energy as well and are very pleased.
