Heritage Kitchen & Bath

After the continued unprofessionalism of this company, I feel a google review is the only way to get some action from them. Our initial nightmare started with this company back in July 2021. Lack of responsiveness from the staff, sales people, and no call backs from managers after numerous requests. This is not how you run a business. We spent thousands of dollars on cabinets and they refuse to come fix them after installation.

They continue to schedule an appointments and cancel the morning of. Our cabinets are installed incorrectly which is causing damage to the drawers every moment we use them. How do you live in a kitchen that you cant use the drawers? The cabinets were installed months later than expected, with a huge lack of communication from the salesman, Johnny - he would go weeks without contacting us, ignore emails and phone calls and act like we were bothering him when we needed an update on cabinet delivery. Now, we have weekly calls with the installers to get them to come out to our house and fix the problems and they cancel the morning of every time, saying they dont have the right pieces.

If you want professionalism, responsiveness, kindness, customer service, this is not the company for you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy cabinets. They sell you on a Lifetime guarantee, but wont come back and fix the problems. If youre too busy to take care of your current and past customers, something needs to change. This company is an absolute nightmare to work with.

They did the cabinets in our home and they're all beautiful. We asked them to install a bathroom tower and they were great with communication and install. They have great quality products.

Appointment only and we showed up not knowing this. Not stated on their website. They couldn't help us.

I work for a general contractor for the area. Need some cabinet crown and base for a remodel I'm doing. Sometimes its hard to reach someone but otherwise the staff is helpful and receptive.

We had a wonderful experience with Heritage. This was our third and biggest remodeling project for our house (previously remodeled our bathrooms with 2 other contractors, neither of which we liked). We obtained quotes from 4 contractors because this was such a big project--we essentially remodeled our entire downstairs including moving a staircase.

We chose Heritage because they offered the shortest time frame at a reasonable price. We moved into an apartment during the remodel so I can't comment on living through it, cleaning up at the end of the day, etc. Our time quote was 6 weeks and the project took 8 weeks--10 day delay due to an engineering issue with moving the stairs and 3 day delay for a hurricane.

This was still less time than any other company had quoted us (12-16 weeks). We worked primarily with Matt Wallace, Devyn Read, Laura Lavigne and Melody Helms and all were very responsive and easy to work with. We had a few mishaps--for example, our garage fridge was unplugged and therefore our food spoiled, but Heritage reimbursed us well for the spoiled food and cleaned out the fridge.

No project will be perfectly executed but I expect that any errors will be corrected and Heritage did just that. At the end, the quote and the final bill were the same (plus our choices that went over the estimate, all of which were itemized so we knew exactly what we spent.) We highly recommend Heritage and would use them again!

Mary Ann had exactly the right balance we needed. She listened to us while at the same time applying her extensive design experience. Her plans were not only beautiful, but also a really smart.

It's now been a year since our cabinets were installed and we continue to love our kitchen. There are so many things in our kitchen design that I think "wow I'm so glad she thought of that!" If you're looking for a creative, patient, hardworking and extremely organized designer, look no further than Maryann at heritage. You won't be disappointed.

Always a good experience working with Heritage K&B. Great design folks to get you the best quality for the money. They have completed many residential and commercial projects and we have always been pleased.

DO NOT USE! Hung me out to dry. Had an order for cabinets and they canceled without providing any alternative and didn't have the courage to call me back.
