Normally there is a concern when you need furnace service in the Winter. Not so for us. Youngberg's One Hour Htg & A/C got us in quickly. David H was prompt, polite and very professional. Made a possible bad situation into a pleasant one. Thank you, Youngberg's and David H.

Ruben was very thorough and explained how the Humidifier will work once it gets cold enough to use the Heater.

I highly recommend Youngberg's Heating and Cooling. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. they were prompt, on time and accurate throughout the project. Friendly and professional and do excellent work. The job I hired them for was not an easy one. they did a complete central air system on a finished home that was being lived in at the time and retrofit the whole system to our demands. They were curious of our things and respectful of our pets. These guys are the best!

I was so impressed with Ronaldo Toledo and all he did for me on my six month maintenance today. He went over my system 'with his fine tooth comb', doing things no others have done before. He was so so conscientious in his work! He even sold me on a number of things, after convincing me how much they will help.

Recently our a/c died. They said they would come out 3 days later. My wife and I wasn't home. They called later at night saying they called us. They are "liars". They never left a voicemail. Time to move on from these turds.

My AC unit went out completely and I needed a complete replacement. I was struggling with my home warranty and was without AC for 2 weeks, Finally after being told they would only pay for 1/10 of the replacement, and would replace the furnace as well, I called One Hour Air. They were able to send a tech out on a Saturday and gave me a great price quote with financing options.

Bear Starkey showed up on time and after checking the unit to see why the overflow switch malfunctioned and soaked the return duct box, he had no answer as to why. The clogged drain line was cleared by us using a shop vac to get gunk out previous to his arrival.

What a joke. I called them because my A/C stopped working after normal business hours for my usual A/C company off Angie's List. The guy comes out and does the repairs before he runs the issue past me.

My mother and father spent over 10 thousand on complete AC unit and duct work in house. That part turned ok so far. Then we had a clip break on cage that holds our filter in. Have been waiting over 2 weeks now for them to come out and replace broken part.

We purchased the service plan after we had have a service call on a holiday weekend. The service technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional; even though, it was late at night by the time he arrived at our house.

Had good experiences from 2011 to 2014. Purchased my current AC from them and had it serviced a few times from some okay guys. Called today knowing my AC needed a recharge. Phone people were great and got me a spot between 3pm and 6pm, same-day.

My name is Jeanne Webb, on 1/12/16, I purchased a new 3 ton heat pump. I have been in my home 30 years. I purchased my prior unit approx. 10 years ago also with Scott's. I love my new unit it runs so quietly I can hardly hear it.

PLEASE BEWARE. INCREDIBLY DISHONEST. One Hour's technician attempted to cheat and manipulate my elderly grandmother. She has been paying the company a monthly fee for their services. This winter, when her furnace started giving her problems, their technician left her in the cold overnight before arriving the next day to turn on the pilot light (so much for their "one hour" guarantee).

He informed her that she needed a $9000 new furnace, and he would be happy to install it for her. Since she had a very nice furnace that should have had a number of good years left, we encouraged her to wait. A week later, her furnace starting acting up again, and the technician came and began applying pressure again for a new furnace. Alternately, he said he could get a repair part for $500 to fix the problem temporarily.

He left, and my grandmother spent a freezing cold night in her house. The technician called her promptly the next morning to offer to install the new furnace that day--oh, and he added "it would probably be good to do the air-conditioning unit while he's at it." My grandmother--a retired schoolteacher who lives on a limited income--thought she had no other choice but to take his advice. Fortunately, we hired another repair man to come take a look at the furnace that same day.

When he arrived he found that the One Hour technician had simply TURNED THE FURNACE OFF the night before, so that my elderly grandmother would be freezing while she considered his offer of a replacement furnace. The new technician also informed us that the faulty part was actually covered under the manufacturer's lifetime warranty, so the furnace repair should be absolutely free.

He assured us that the current furnace was one of the best on the market, and it was far from needing to be replaced. I doubt the new one that was being offered to her (at an absurd cost) would have been as good. Our new technician also told us that he had worked for a company similar to this one, and it is a common practice to push a replacement furnace for any machine that is over ten or so years old--even if it isn't necessary.

He quit because he felt this practice was unethical, and I agree. I'm so glad we were able to get some reliable help from my grandma before she was cheated by One Hour Heating and Air. I wonder how many other people have been taken for a ride by this fast-talking swindler and his company.
