I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE ROOFING SOLUTION. A solar panel company referred me to this company. Completely unprofessional, when you tell a potential customer "that is Bull$#!%" By the way, that came out from the owners mouth over the phone. Very unprofessional. Complete joke, they said if solar panels are installed then it will void my warranty and how can solar panel company work with us.

They said that they can not take them down nor put it up. I never asked them to take them down nor put it up. That falls on the solar panel company. SO BUYER BEWARE. IF YOU HAVE SOLAR PANELS OR WANT SOLAR PANELS. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH. They might do good work, but it is really not work the hassle dealing with a truly unprofessional owner.

Stay away from this company. All the negative reviews are accurate. I contracted with this company over a year ago. The sales consultation visit portrayed a company that has not lived up to the expectations. Someone else wrote about communications going dark after that initial visit. That's exactly what I've experienced for over a year. I've had to consistently reach out week after week, month after month to get updates about the progress and status of start date.

It's been one excuse after the other (permitting, COVID, no workers, delay in delivery of materials, etc). Not once has a project manager called to apologize for the delays or explain the process. I had to insist for an email with information about the install dates, details and payment process. They could barely do that. Then today they had the nerve to call me today to tell me that I didn't need to be upset. Offered no explanation, offered no apology, nor a discount. Nothing! Zero!

They've had a deposit from us since last year in April and we have nothing to show for it. Our original date of install which was confirmed two months ago was cancelled two days before the date. They apparently thought that was acceptable. Ashley has done her best to communicate with me but she is clearly hindered by the incompetence of this company that is mismanaged and needs several courses in customer service and customer satisfaction.

If I could get out of this contract I would. We're going to get a nice explanation from the person that monitors this site but honestly nothing will be further from the truth. Avoid this company, save yourself the heartache. They're not concerned about your inconvenience. Their apologies in a public forum are going to be a little too late.

CRS was a very good choice for replacing my shingle roof. The work they did was better than expected. There were no delays and the roof looks beautiful. They fixed damaged and rotted wood and I did not have to pay more than the price quoted. Service: Roof installation

It won't take more than a day or two for you to know that Complete Roofing Solutions (CRS) should be the contractor to earn your business. I had contacted several local and recommended roofing companies for a quote for a re-roof. Two of them returned a quote in a week, one NEVER did, but CRS not only answered their office phones but also returned a quote the next day. Pricing was all in the same ballpark but it was CRS who shone brightly above the rest in terms of customer service & support.

From the initial quote to the finished job and final county inspection, CRS was exemplary. Their staff, management and onsite crews are all professional and customer focused. The crew was polite and respectful and onsite working by 8AM each day. They protected our pool sunscreen, landscaping and surrounding areas and cleaned up all debris daily. We are very pleased with the re-roofing they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing contactor.

I want to thank George the owner of Complete roofing Solutions Inc, and Hammerhead roofing who recommended them to me. Joe the Field Supervisor and Ashley the Office Administrat for such great customer service. I was delivered the new roof I was promised and the time I was told. The Roofing Crew did a great job and worked very hard even staying to complete sections during heavy rain periods. Joe the Field Supervisor, checked each section of the job daily to ensure everything was done correctly. They did an excellent job and cleaned better than my sons maid does Thank you for everything. And we will be recommending you to all our friends and on social media as well.

What an excellent experience from quote to completion! Joey came out to look at the house and what was involved with replacing a 20 year old roof. His knowledge was incredible and easily explained our options and his recommendations. We committed and signed the contract days later. The work was done a couple of months later and was top notch in all regards, from the tearing off of the existing roof, to the paper and then shingles.

We also had a chimney housing replaced and an attic fan installed, both done beautifully! I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof or repairs! Thank you to Joe and his crew!

Joe and Ashley were very professional, caring and responsive to my concerns and questions. They communicated promptly and offered solutions upfront with no hidden costs. They replaced my entire roof and were very thorough to replace any rotten boards and document their work with pictures so I could feel comfortable that they were doing a good job. Ashley helped navigate my insurance company with many emails and follow throughs until it was resolved.

They patched a shed roof and you can't even see where it was patched, the job was done flawlessly. Even after the job, Joe was willing to take the time to explain the process of the work done on my flat roof.

I used Complete Roofing Solutions to tear down the chimney and patch the roof. My project went so smooth right from project management to communication and finally with the installation/repair. The back office team members were really great and updated me through out the process and the installation/repair guys were experienced and very detailed. Just moved to South Florida and know nothing about tile roofs. Complete Roofing Solutions came out and provided me an inspection that was thorough and informative. After a few months I decided to replace the roof and had them do the job. Stellar service and I can't complement them enough on the quality of their workmanship. You need a new roof call them you wont be disappointed!

We contracted with Complete Roofing Solutions to put a new roof on our home in 2014. They did an outstanding job.didn't leave a mess, etc. Recently, we called and asked them to come out and look at an area for us to see if there was a concern. Joe was here on time and the area is NOT an issue with the roof. Both Joe (who is a 4th generation of this family-owned company) and Ashley (our office contact) are professional, friendly, and caring. We highly recommend this local company!

I usually do not write bed reviews but this company really is ridiculous. I contacted the company over 1 month ago Thursday, March 25th and I was told by Cristine (owner) that someone "Ashley" will call me to set up an appointment for the estimate. The next day Ashley called me and said that Monday someone will come out to take the measurements for the estimate. NOBODY SHOWED UP.so I called and I was told that the person who was supposed to come cannot make it and would come the next day when I was not able myself to be there for the estimate. Ashley said she will call me back to set up another day. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.

I want to give them another chance and I call again 1 month later on Thursday, April 22Nd. I also asked Ashley and Cristine(owner) what happened that I was never called back since and they try to trick me by saying "Ohhh, we called you and sent you email" B. S. no record of any at all. Following that, I was told again that Friday, April 23rd someone will come out between 1-2pm to take measurements and that I should receive my estimate Friday, but no later then Monday.

Guess what. NOBODY SHOWED UP, AND NO ESTIMATE, EMAIL OR AT LEAST A CALL! REALLY? HOW COULD You EVER TRUST A COMPANY GIVING THEM $15,000.00 for a few days job when they mistreat you like this. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. And all the owner Cristine could brag about is how they are the best in their field. WHAT A FAKE JOKE YOU ARE.

To get started I am a 65 year old woman, so you know how that goes looking for a reliable company. Let's start with Joseph Operations Manager he came out to my home explained everything to me. He sent me the estimate for my new roof. Very pleasant & respectful to talk to. Joseph always stopped by and saw what his crew was doing. George the owner you couldn't speak to a nicer person. Christine the owners wife very helpful and friendly. Ashley Office Administrator I must of drove her crazy with all my questions but she also provided me with everything I asked for.

Crew very polite, hard working and always cleaned up everyday before leaving. So was I happy with company the answer is YES EXCELLENT COMPANY to hire, they went above & beyond the whole job from beginning to end. I was referred to this company by a man who is an expert for roof litigation. I'm glad he offered his opinion and I'm glad I called. Excellent response time, excellent communication and EXCELLENT price. Thank you.

They repaired my roof due to a leak in September 2017. I went up to take a look at their work, and was very disappointed. I took photos of their results. I left messages, and emails to have them return to straighten all the crooked tiles, and close some openings they created. I was ignored by the owner week after week. I had to report these Roofers to The Better Business Bureau, including photos. Wow, suddenly they decided to stop ignoring me.

In several email responses to The BBB, the roofer's owner was disrespectful, and sarcastic about me, the paying customer. (GJ) was so rude and angry in his emails I had to ask myself: Do I really want this Roofing Company on my property again? Do I trust this person to be near me or my property with his temper? No, I knew I could never trust him again.

I think on a good day he could do a better job. How does he explain the mess I was left with, by "one of his best men, as he called him"? I will never be able to explain this bad experience I had with my roof, and their owner's temper. I would not recommend them based on my experience, and other complaints they have received. I expect the owner to swiftly respond with some rationalization of this matter, and attack me again for this complaint. Good luck to all those proud home owners out there, and demand high standards of anyone that works on your home.

Worst roofing company ever that goes out to estimate and does not listen to what you want and comes back with an outrageously high estimate and they are shocked when I get brutally honest about their intent and motives.

Well, they still have not finished and it has been more than four months. Some finishing work still to be performed as promised in writing by owner. Communication below average. The work completed and the workers were great.
