From the very start with getting a quote Britini was so responsive and helpful. Answered all my questions without hesitation and made sure I was able to meet my deadline. Carrie was also a pleasure to work with regarding the invoicing and paperwork I needed. The work was quick, very professional and great quality. I would highly recommend this honest, friendly company.

I live in Canalake in Greenacres, and our HOA is using Storm Roofing for our new roof. I came home Monday to the light fixture on our front porch shattered on the ground. There could have at least been a note apologizing for breaking it on our door. The faucet also looked like it had been turned on since it was not turned off completely and still dripping twice this week.

We have a water bill and cannot afford to pay for someone to use our water while we are not there then leave it on to drip instead of turning it off completely. The parking block in our parking space with our number on it was moved behind our neighbor's to put a trailer on the grass and was not moved back.

Very very poor customer service. i would recommend using another company. When your roof is leaking and under guarantee they are no where to be found. When owner Mark was contacted. He dropped the F bomb several times and I was told not to bother him. He was quote busy. WOW. right? He was more than bombastic in fact his text tone was threatening. So much for service when paid in full. I have told ten people and showed the text to them. Quite amazing

We were referred to Storm Roofing through a friend since they had a metal roof installed a few years ago and we wanted the same type of roof. The whole team at Storm Roofing was very professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The workers were super clean making sure the driveway and surrounding areas were swept at the end of each day. The roof work was exceptional along with some soffit work which needed repairing. Love our new roof!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Shotty work & charge way more than initial estimate! If do have to use em, make note on estimate that they have to alert you if exceeds $1,000 or any amount you choose, they have to let you know, regret we didn't, we paid like $10,000 more than originally quoted! & single family home so not like mansion or anything! & to top all off, they never even contacted us w/ final bill & final inspection, they told my husband's boss we hadn't paid?

How could we pay if we never received final bill?!?! & we were awaiting final inspection & had contacted office because, brand new metal roof & bubbles in roof over garage from day one so needless to say edges didn't look right & only explanation we got when FINALLY came out to inspect was, "that's what happens when settles"?!? HUH, told em had been happening from day one & they had no explanation for me. So to summarize, shotty work, over priced & very unprofessional to top it all off, crazy!

Recently had my metal roof installed by Storm Roofing and I must say they did an awesome job. They offered exceptional customer service and got the job done in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!
