Ark Gutters

Read this before you decide to hire Ark Gutters. I hired Ark Gutters to install gutters and downspouts on my house in July 2019. I was happy at first. But, unfortunately, after a couple of years we were experiencing a problem with one of the rain gutters. Water was over flowing. See the attached photos. I reported this to Chuck and he told me to clean my gutters.

I inspected the gutters and they were clean and so was the downspouts. I called back and left a message for Chuck to call me. He never called. Two months later, I called again and left a message for Chuck. Still, there was no reply. I called again two months later with no response. Five months later I decided to have a handy man look at it and he said that the gutter was sagging and the water was collecting in a low spot.

He fixed it and I paid him. Chuck was happy to get my business but didn't want to provide service after the sale. I would have paid for that service. I believe that he is not very professional. Because of this, I would never recommend Chuck or Ark to anyone.

Very pleased. Ark came recommended by a neighbor i the community so I gave them a call. Chuck and his team worked with me to get a fair priced estimate and all the docs needed for my HOA. They patiently waited a few weeks while the HOA was waiting to meet to review requests. Once approval was granted, I notified them on a Monday and the install was complete by Friday. It hasn't rained yet so I cannot speak for the gutters at this point but everything was to my expectations and is very aesthetically pleasing.

I was referred to this company through NextDoor online West Boca community. The price was good and the service was timely and excellent. Installers were skilled on what they are doing, good quality work and fast. The entire house new gutter work was done less than 5 hours. They even accommodated my special need for extra extensions to move water from rooms. I strongly recommend the company for your gutter work.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Had an appointment for an estimate set up for 1/27/20 at 4 p.m. At 3:50, the rep called and said he was running late and asked to reschedule for yesterday, 1/28/20, at 4 p.m. At 4:35 p.m., nobody had shown and I received no call. I contacted the rep to see if he was still coming and got no reply. Entirely unprofessional!

Absolutely great job! On time, professional and owner even came on site to inspect and give sign off. Strongly recommend. Gulf Stream, FL.

Excellent company. Fast estimate, fast installation, very competitive price. Beautiful workmanship. One seam had a minor leak because it rained before the sealer could properly dry. They were back out the next day to fix it.
