I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and Brown and Sons were the only plumbers who would come out for an emergency call. I've used brown and sons two different times and. It's times they were punctual and did great work. They replaced my outside hose faucet that was leaking and then replaced my bathtub and added a shower with 3 piece wall. Highly recommended! Very quick, professional service, ac went out Friday. They showed up and had a motor on truck got us up and running! Also did a air check, we never knew what we where breathing they installed a perfect 16 iq air filter. We have medical grade air now, my sinuses are better. If you need a plumber, Brown and Sons are absolutely the best. They are out of Denton but traveled to Valley View for only $49. Three other plumbers have been here and couldn't find this leak. They found it in 15 minutes. We been trying to track it down since last October and now it's fixed! If you need a plumber, give them a call at 940.300.5258.

I have never been so mistreated by a company. They fixed one air conditioning unit for $1200 in June. While we were of out town in August the other unit blew up and was replaced for $9000. I was told the new system had a different kind of coolant so the first unit would need to be replaced.

In summary: way overpriced, absolutely no respect for customer's time, threatening to put a lien on my house when I insisted to speak to Ken (to let him know that I was displeased about how I was left WAITING from 10AM to 6:15PM for nothing) before I paid the $200 balance.

Set appointment window and I called to confirm the morning of. Brown and Sons said yes they would be there by designated time. Took off work; waited; never showed up. I called back and they told me they were waiting on their helper and might be at my house within the next hour or so.

I would not recommend Brown & Sons Plumbing to anyone for any reason. My experience was very unsatisfactory for numerous reasons & despite multiple messages left to try & resolve the situation I can't even get a call back.
